I live minutes away from this Walmart with teenage kids I'm there almost every day. If there is any place else close by I would go there for sure. At the store management has no idea what they're doing. There almost never is carts anymore at the front of the store. Several days a week you go in and their store shelves are pretty bare. When I asked about this they inform you that they did not want to have any back stock so they would rather run out then keep a little supply in the back in case they run out. Allow them poison are nice but it's always the same story when there's a problem employees and form you that they're not allowed to do anything about it that only management can for any type of problem. They were completely out of Tyson chicken and the frozen food department asked employee for help and he told me that he told a major I needed help because it was a his department and I stood there for 30 minutes and no one came asked another employee he Made an announcement and still no one showed up. I called corporate while in the store and inform them of what was going on they apologized and said they were gonna file a report but I never heard anything back and I never did get any customer service and this is typical of this place.

11-4-18 Same old thing understaffed at chemotherapeutic Sunday morning. You would think they could get new shopping cart this place is been there for a while at least 10 years. I got a 52 pound bag of dog food tweaked out my back. I sure like going to Meijer more unfortunately they were out of my dog food. Should say under staffed at checkout

Had the worst experience in the auto dept and I will not be going back . I wake up extra early on a Saturday morning so I can be first on line to get a new tire on my Jeep , I was trying to get it done before Reporting to my job( 8 am )so I can work that day , so to mechanics report for work at 7 AM and tell me they cannot help me yet because they are waiting for a manager with the Key ,so as they are standing there talking about personal issues from the night before like they don't have a care in the whole world , I have to interrupt them to ask them who is responsible for opening the store on time and they would not give me a straight answer, so I go up to the front of the store and complain to the store managers who basically just brush me off, it is 730 in the morning now and I have been waiting for 30 minutes (I have to be at work in 30 minutes now and my car is still untouched in the parking lot) , so at 7:35 in the morning the manager arrived with the Chi and they take my truck in the shop and put a new tire on it . Now well he's ringing me up he told me that Mike new tire cannot be balanced because they could not remove the plastic In the center of my rim to get to the spindles, So I'm standing there in disbelief that this mechanic would think I can drive away with a new tire that has not been balanced when I go out to my truck and I remove the plastic With only two fingers , no problem. Now I have to wait an additional 20 minutes at least, well they take my truck back in the shop to balance it which should've been done in the first place without the ridiculous excuse that I cannot remove your cap !! I was shocked that after all of that incompetent service he was eager to charge me 10.00 for the balanced wheel , REALLY ??! Can't even offer a free balance after all of that poor service ? Where I am from in New York the employees always try to compensate people for the inconsistency, something that does not exist in the great state of Indiana. A simple gesture like a free balance after all of that would have made me happy and come back for sure , Walmart offers NO compensation for causing me to be late for work ,, and all of the nonsense .keep your 10 dollars because my family and I will be going to a difference Wal mart from now on.

Not a big fan of any Walmart but when you need something late at night, they are always open. Staff can be friendly. Downside to shopping here at night, only one or two registers are open and that makes for long waits at the checkout. Always has fresh quality food and household items to chose from. I do prefer this location out of all of them in the area.

This place is a cesspool. Dirty, unorganized, and with employees clearly not happy to be there made for a less Than pleasant experience. The check out lines were 7-8 carts deep and I waited 20 minutes for check out in the express lane. The express lane was 15 item limit but multiple carts in front of me were full of stuff. I asked the cashier about this and she said people didn't care and she was not empowered to do anything about it. I feel bad for anyone stuck working in this palace of nastiness. I will avoid this place at all costs.

Why are there only two lanes open on Friday? The shelves are picked clean & the associates are not to be found.

I'll just start by saying I HATE Walmart. When I do run in for ONE item, like today, there are NEVER any fast lanes open and the one lane that is open the clerk is a chatty Cathy talking all about her problems and her boyfriend and of course the customer whom she's telling this all to is either a relative or friend or fellow meth head!! So another lane opens up......what does the kid do just as I switch lanes?? Says he'll be right back and runs to the f-ing bathroom!!! Are you kidding me??!! To the point, I will never set foot in this or any other Walmart and I suggest you do the same.

I used to shop here on the regular. Over the last year or so, they've made "improvements" to the store. Their produce is disgusting. Do Not buy bananas here...they will be rotten in 2 days. They stopped carrying anything remotely healthy in their Deli. Unless of course you like plain turkey, smoked turkey, roasted turkey, Bologna or Olive Loaf. What do they have against Chicken? They constantly run out of grocery staples...like Milk. It will be weeks before items are restocked. They have 2 of the SLOWEST checkers working during the busiest times and will only have 4 lanes open however, several "managers" standing around chatting when they could be checking. Needless to say...I've taken my business elsewhere. It makes no sense for me to shop there anymore when I have to go to other store to get items I need.

Since when can't walmart put a battery in a fossil watch. I've owned this watch for 6 years and put 2 batteries in it and both times was at walmart. I even told the lady I would do it myself if they would let me use the tool. She told me no. Joke to say the least.

Their deli was fresh as far a fried food deli goes. There is a Mcdonald s inside. And very clean restrooms.
