Elwood Golf Links is a scenic public golf course offering an enjoyable and unique experience for players of all skill levels. The facility is beautifully unique, with a front nine that is fairly flat, straightforward, and wide open, dating back over a hundred years. In contrast, the back nine is completely different, featuring a beautiful, challenging layout with elevation, stunning par 3s, and a tighter design. The course provides quite a variety of holes and is often in very good condition with nice fairways and smooth greens, though some holes can be challenging. It is considered a hidden gem and one of the better deals, with friendly staff and amenities like carts with yardage screens. The clean clubhouse and affordable cost add to its appeal as a favorite golf destination.
Bare bones amenities, public track style front 9, amazing back 9 that twists through elevation changes in the woods. Very well kept for the price. Its 20 bucks on the Yards app or 25 on golfnow to ride 18 holes
