I came to RGT with hopes of continuing to be home and I have been. The entire staff from the front office to recruiting have been just outstanding. I had 0 quallcom experience and really no clue what to expect. The family laid back atmosphere is second to none. They all know you by name which is impressive. Change is extremely hard for me personally. The entire staff has made the transition run smoothly. I have the best driver mentor and driver manager.. If you are looking for family oriented laid back atmosphere come on board at RGT. I'm glad I did.”
