Went to get a refrigerator from their website, paid the $25.00 instead of $19.99, because I needed it delivered. Website says that any other paperwork or information will be gathered upon delivery. Manager calls mind you after they have taken the $25.00 telling me I need to come in bring check stub and fillout application. I say ok I can do it Monday I work graveyard shift and that's the only day I can do it. She proceeds to tell me I have to do it today and Monday will be to late. Well give me my $25.00 back and I'll go somewhere else

The worst place I would rather deal with rent one again they charged late fees saying our payment late when they are the ones who pull the payment from the bank they double charged the card this time over drawing the account causing a over draft fee the man from the one on covert came to our work looking for the bosses nephew I was under the impression that the references you put down are for calling to leave a message not so you can come to they job !!!!!!

Arona Home Essentials is great if you have poor credit. Their electronics are high but furniture is much lower. You can always send it back if you don't like it. This is a good place to lease from but the rates are rather high.

My experience with arona has been pure hell Not going to go into any details due to my personal business, but this is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. The men try do the scare tactics by harassing you the I’ve dealt with one woman who was rude over the phone and hung up on me. I’ve dealt with this on numerous occasions how do they expect to keep business if they’re so rude and nasty, I have furniture through another company as well, and they very professional and polite. I will never again deal with any type of business like this ever again.

Don't recommend this place did business when they first became arona everything was alright but we had to return the items for financial issues and now we tried to go back and they marked us as delinquent despite us paying on time just because we returned and didn't keep their items I was close to cursing the manager who was very rude on the phone but I let it slide I won't be doing business with them anymore back to Rent One.

Long Review!!Aarons has been my go to for rental services since 2006, about 14 years! They have been great with customers and I always recommend them to others. A living room set, a giant flat screen TV, gaming systems & PCs are among the long list of items I have leased from them over the years. Currently, I am on contract for a washer & dryer set and a laptop, I am behind 7 days. Last month I paid late, around the 24th & the month before I paid mid-month. There's never been a set late payment policy followed. Making sure it was paid by end of month was always the priority and it's never been an issue in the past. ?♀️As a student and a disabled individual my budget is TIGHT! Not to mention, we are in the middle of a global pandemic & COVID-19 has most of us in a bind. However, I NEVER miss their calls or give them the run around.A couple months ago I had an unpleasant call with one of the sales reps (manager) that ended with me in tears. He said things that were discrimitory towards people with disabilities and women. For example, "you get a check, why can't you pay?!" & "let me talk to your husband!". I'm not even married?! It felt like his words were said out of ignorance so I decided not to involve corporate and to move forward without dealing with this individual further. Besides, he told me that there wasn't anyone above him that I could talk to about my account. ?? That was that apparently.. I let it go.I made an arrangement to pay on the 10th this month but they called today around 6pm instead. Eventually, I was placed on the phone with the rude employee and he discriminated against me & repeatedly yelled over me, AGAIN. Then he said he would be at my house on Tuesday, without my consent!?! He then hung up before I could reply. Confused, anxious, and frustrated is how I ended the call today!Usually, I don't write negative reviews but I felt unheard. Especially when I called back and told the other manager what transpired and he offered no help. In fact, he acted frustrated that I was uspet; when I told him I didn't appreciate the disrespect, he hung up the phone. I wasn't belligerent, hateful, or rude at any time to any employee there. I understand the other manager was frustrated by my emotions, so no hard feelings there. The first person I spoke with howerver, SHOULD NOT be a person employed with the public. I WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE THIS TIME, at the very least.** The employees names aren't mentioned for privacy purposes.

I would highly recommend Aarons over R-A-C! The experience was easy and my family was handled promptly, properly and with care. I ordered online, payed 25 to get started for the month, I spoke to Darryl at the store and explained the urgency for the appliance needed and he went above and beyond to get a special order in for speed. When my set came in, the unloading crew were cautious and kind while setting up. I was even given a box of dryer sheets! My appliances work great! Thank you Aarons for handling your customers with such care.
