ABC Hobbycraft is a great shop in Evansville, well worth a stop. It is a small place but full of so much, with an awesome and wonderful selection of merchandise. The inventory includes planes, trains, and other models, model ships, model helicopters, car, truck, military and most any models, slot cars in both major scales, tracks, and sets, as well as metal stock and plastic stock. They have lots of trains all sizes and all years and more parts than you can imagine. The owner is friendly, super friendly and helpful, very knowledgeable, and goes out of the way to offer great advice. He always greets customers with a smile and a friendly conversation. This is the old-fashioned kind of store that makes you feel welcome whether you buy something or not. Customers feel appreciated no matter the amount they spend. It is a fantastic place and a favorite for many, with some customers returning after many years. Overall, it is a fantastic place that makes visitors want to come back.
Great shop in Evansville. Passing through town on the way to visit some relatives from Texas, was well worth the stop. Friendly owner, nice to chat with. Awesome selection of merchandise from planes, trains and other models.
