Went in to look for parts for a mower. Saw they had Pokémon cards, looked at the price. Charging DOUBLE MSRP. Asked if I could ask the GM why they’re charging so much, lady refused to be helpful. Disappointing

We try to shop locally as much as possible. We went there on Sunday afternoon looking for a Stanley cup and they had a great selection. We promptly greeted and as if they could help us with anything. The cashier was super friendly and with the extra mile. Hard to find friendly employees especially on a Sunday afternoon during the holidays.

Placed online (out of stock instore) on 11-3. Was told that product would be delivered to store by 11-10 and would receive a text when available. Called store on 11-10 and was told truck wouldn't arrive until Monday morning at approximately 10. Called back Monday afternoon and was told that delivery was being sorted and would receive a text when my product was found. Checked order status online this morning 11-12 and it doesn't show that it was ever ordered although I had to put my credit card in to place the order. Checked my credit card activity this morning 11-12 and no charges had been posted, so I guess I will forget ACE and purchase my product elsewhere! Poor business as far as I am concerned!😒

Great hardware store. Very friendly and helpful staff. They have a good selection of pretty much anything you need. There even had a few off the wall things I've needed, and my personal favorite they have long handled scoop shovels! Grills, grilling accessories, power tools, a good milwaukee section, good size paint section. Without the crowds from going to town

Excellent experience. I had a difficult time trying to find a specific paint/color at several stores in town, including some that were supposed to carry it. Joel at Ace was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, I'll definitely return to this location for future needs. Thanks again.
