the agent at counter needs improvement
he seemed nice at first but actually needs more training
is extremely slow
its obvious he is paid by the hr.
if he got paid per vehicle his process would be lickedly split fast

Wonderful customer service! The vehicle was exactly what I expected. I had to make a change while renting and it took less than a minute. I truly appreciated speaking to a human. I recently had a bad experience with another agency. Alamo is now at the top of my list!

Lovely car. Smelled strongly of cigarette smoke the whole time I drove it though Also the time tires needed Balance, so the car pulled to one side. Appreciated the fact that I picked it up at one airport in Indiana and dropped it off at a different airport in Tennessee! Also, the staff needs to be increased at the airport in Evansville for car rentals. There was only one person they’re working with a long line of customers. He Processed all of us pretty quickly amazingly. He was very nice about everything.

The Evansville Alamo location at the airport in Evansville Indiana put me in a vehicle that malfunctioned on me while I was driving it pulled into on coming traffic I was nearly hit head on by a full size van I took pictures to prove it in fact did malfunction. They had the vehicle towed then refused to put me in a replacement that left stranded and the manager has tried to bully me and use my disability against me she has refused to release almost $700 to me they have done nothing but give me the run around and that's fine because all my conversations with Alamo have been recorded on my end for my protection because of my disability. It is the manager at this location doing this so my brother is going to help file with the eeoc for discrimination against this manager and Alamo for allowing to abuse me and use my disability against I'm also coming in to Evansville Indiana today to press theft charges against her literally she is her no one else is refusing to release my funds I'm out even more because I had to go to another rental company to get a vehicle she is doing this on purpose I have her on the phone saying she hadn't refunded it because I didn't want to speak with her any longer because how she and her employees treated me I explained that I had certain issues she did not care and is still refusing to release my funds this is unexcusable and using a position of power to try and intimidate someone with a disability shame on her and shame on Alamo and anyone with daughters or mother's or sisters I hope that this location never ever does the same to them. None of this was my fault. This manager couldn't even be professional and rectify what they did by simply returning what was mine after their negligence and discrimination.

I purchased a bundle deal with my flight that included the rental car. I paid for all of it, flight, car rental, etc. but at the Alamo desk, I was informed of an additional charge of nearly $50. The agent was not certain of what that amount was for, but assured me the amount was necessary. Wondering why I got charged more... and why? Was it taxes? If so, did I pay taxes twice. Once with the bundle and again at the rental desk? If it wasn't taxes, what was it? An reasonable explanation would help but, even better, fixing the price to a single amount instead of putting me in a position to pay to get car or not pay and find another solution.

I was very pleased with Alamo. It was the first time for me. I enjoyed it very much. Car drove so smooth and quiet. Customer service at the counter was very professional and nice. If I could rent again. I would definitely go with Alamo. Thank you once again
