I arrived at the clinic around 630a. Collin and Summer were very kind and compassionate during my sweet baby Bean's last moments. It's never a good time having to euthanize a pet but they did everything they could to make things go as smoothly as possible. Thank you so much for everything. It really meant a lot to me.

Just wanted to thank everyone at the clinic on Sunday, October 29th, particularly the vet and the vet tech ( I'm so sorry- I was a mess and cannot recall their names). My cat Sophie needed to be put to sleep, and everyone was so kind and compassionate, and the vet explained the process so well. Thank you for making my sweet baby's last moments as quick, peaceful, and painless as it was. I will be forever grateful for your help and understanding, and for allowing me to spend time with her before, during and after the procedure. You made one of the worst days of my life just a little bit easier, and Sophie and I were both in good hands.

This vet is supposed to be an emergency 24 hour vet service. The automated call said to call another vet in Louisville Kentucky. Which also is not 24 hours. I had an emergency with my rabbit and the only vet I could get a hold of was in Indianapolis. They wanted me to come in until I told them I lived 3 hours away. At that point they said it'd be easier on my rabbit to wait until the next day when the vet near us opened. I'm unsure of what's going to happen with my rabbit because no one in Evansville is or has a 24 hour on call vet.

We lost our sweet girl Maddie last Saturday. She was almost 18 years old. We knew what was going to happen but we wanted her to die peacefully at her home because she hated leaving the house. Our plan was to take her to her vet on Monday so she could be cremated. She did pass away peacefully in her sleep with her family around her. After this happened the family was devastated and I couldn't imagine keeping her here for another day. I called VCA and they were so nice and respectful to me helping me decide on what to do. I went in signing all the things I needed to and then a nurse came out to the car to get Maddie and she came back with her paw prints. They were very nice to me and it was okay that I was a crying mess because they understood how much we loved our girl!

We had an end-of-life appt with our regular Vet in 2 & 1/2 days, but our sweet little 18 yr old tuxedo cat Harley, who was in end-stage kidney failure, took a sudden turn for the worse and was in pain. Of course it was a weekend. My husband took Harley to All Pet Emergency Center to end his suffering, while I stayed home with another senior furchild who needed tending, but he kept in touch with me throughout. The staff there were very compassionate and their procedure for euthanasia is comforting and dignified. It was respectful of our sweet Harley as well as our grief in the moment, after sedation wrapping him in a blanket so he could be held on his dad's lap, and giving time to say goodbye in a quiet little room. We want to thank the staff for their compassion in the difficult moments of parting with our beloved furchild. In the lobby, a small lamp sits next to a sign stating that, when the lamp is on, somebody's loved one is making their way to the Rainbow Bridge. When my husband left, he saw that the lamp was lit for our Harley.

We lost our precious Sophie this evening. I don’t know the name of the person who was with us for most of our visit with Sophie, but I am forever grateful. Their empathy, kindness, and professionalism shined through every step along the way. I will forever be grateful. And to the Veterinarian, thank you for your knowledge, kindness, and understanding, it means more to us than you will ever know! Picture of Sophie from a few years ago attached

Clearly, as stated in your answering message; you're unable to staff your EMERGENCY VET CENTER! Do NOT claim to be an emergency service when you aren't here for my current emergency! I hope my sweet baby makes it another 7 hours, until the first vets office opens in the morning! Every veterinarian office that I've called.. I've listened to their answering message and most of em give your business name and number! If I need care now, I'll have to drive over 2 hours away.I wish you could've helped me.

This is the worst establishment for animals I've ever been in. Ever. We made an appointment for my dog who we think broke a leg at 3:30, we weren't seen until 6:00 and people with an appointment at 4:00 were seen before us. The staff is incredibly rude ( Mainly the people at the counter) telling us our appointment time doesn't matter, then why did we even bother to make one ? Absolutely ridiculous avoid this place at all costs, and it isn't even all pets, it's only cats and dogs.

We lost our boy today to cancer we didn't know he had. The kindness and compassion shown to us by the staff made a very hard decision a little more bearable. We never want to have to go through this again, but if we did, the staff who helped us today would be who we would want with us. Many negative reviews mention the price. The prices are higher, but understandably so. It is an emergency service. Again, we are very grateful for the care we received today and the kindness shown to us and our boy in his last hours.

Brought my cat for lethargy and refusal to eat. They said they couldn’t take us. Got to my car and my cat started seizing and when I went back in they said they’d see him if we paid first. That was five hours ago. My cat has had 9 seizures since and I can’t do anything about it until the vet opens at 7:30.Edit: seven hours after this clinic “couldn’t” help us my cat died. Three hours before my vets office opened. They don’t care about our animals. Just money

They made what was a horrible situation a little more bearable. Bless them…. They did everything they could to save our Moira but sometimes when it’s time to go, it’s time. My partner and I praise them for all they done to help us when when lost her. Today I pick her urn up. They even made that easy and hassle free. One again, thank you all for your kindness and the care you gave to Moira you are appreciated!

Amanda Lynn was amazing! She knew her stuff that we thought she was the actual doctor. She was very informative and helped explain the cost of everything and gave us all the options! We were very happy and impressed with the care we got for our sweet marnie!

Showed up with my 14 year old dog in heart failure. Staff was incredibly professional and efficient for a dog they've never seen. They were awesome in helping us make a rough decision for my old boy.
