“Pam was the only associate that asked if we needed any help after roaming around the store for about 30 mins. She answered our questions, gave us her card and took my name and phone number. She wanted to take pictures of the three different sets of furniture that I was interested in so she could field any questions I may have later. The next day I did text her a question, and she answered me promptly. I then asked her to order two chairs for me and she did so right away, sent me a link to pay online, and let me know they would be ready for pickup in 3 days. I was very happy with her service and look forward to getting my chairs.”

“I haven’t stepped foot inside a physical retail store in ages because I do 99% of my shopping online, but I needed a new computer and decided to venture out. Walking into Best Buy was a surreal experience. This place used to be packed to the gills, but now it’s essentially a clean, well-lit ghost town. Honestly? I didn't hate it. If you need to grab some electronics at a decent price without having to fight an angry mob, this is your sanctuary. The staff looked like they were born yesterday, but they were actually incredibly knowledgeable, fast, and polite. A surprisingly pleasant, zero-stress tech run.”

The delivery crew were so great. Kind, made sure everything was safe, took extra care in ensuring everything was well done, and done properly. Explained everything.
