“Last night, I ended up going to Home Depot to buy a plumbing part. Apparently, there was a large number of Lowe's employees who called off work. BUT the workers who DID show up to work did their very best in helping me. Gerald and a young woman with long dark hair paged several people, to learn they were not at work or were busy with other customers. I will still go to Lowe's but I hope management looks at who is a keeper employee and who is not.”

She was more concerned about being on her phone the entire time. Thankfully, Austin stepped in to help us. He was super knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. He guided us to exactly what we wanted.
