“It was my first time using the Pro Counter Service at Lowe's in person and I was truly impressed. The following associates, Heaven, Josh, Garrick, and DJ were by far the best I have encountered in this industry. They were knowledgeable, patient, professional and seemed to truly enjoy what they do. They assisted me in gathering everything needed for my project, making suggestions, compare products, etc. Honestly, I couldn't have completed it without their help. I also can readily find what I need quickly, rather than wondering around in other big box stores or RK for a simple purchase item. The service level is always good here, as well.”

“I was truly impressed by the service I received at this Lowe's, which isn’t always the case. Leon had already clocked out for the day, though I was unaware of this. We were engaged in a conversation about the good old days when the best quality paint cost $33. He helped me select the right paint and even checked with customer service for the price. Shortly after, I approached the customer service counter and noticed he was also paying for his purchase, which made me realize he wasn’t on the clock. His pleasant demeanor made it easy not to notice! Additionally, Piper was very friendly, along with the young lady at the guest counter. Thank you for an amazing experience!
