THEY DON'T STOP WITH THESE PROFESSIONAL TREATERS, they were going to put invisible braces on my daughter and the only thing that was invisible to us was the money they stole from us. They are a bunch of professional thieves to steal people's money by tricking them into getting the braces and never They arrive in the same way and they did it to another boy that I know. I don't know if they are racist and only rob Latinos or they also do the same to white people, but DO NOT GIVE your money to these two-legged rats!!!! ?❌⛔️????

Waited over 3 months for a cleaning just to show up at the office with a sign on the door saying they are no longer seeing patients at the west side a location. I called the east side office and I was not on their schedule. Aspen never called, emailed, or texted to let me know my appointment was canceled and I took off from work for this appointment. Now I am waiting another month to be seen at the east side location and will have to take off from work for that too. If this wasn't the only place that took my insurance, I would find a new dentist.

Very unsatisfied. I've paid for my dentures. And have not received the permanent set that was included in this price. I've made several calls with no reply. I do believe a lawyer is the next step. This is theft I would imagine.

As devastating and stressful it was to get my upper dentures I would like an estimate on lower extraction and dentures. My experience was traumatizing and horrible but I am willing to let you reedem yourself if the price is reasonable

First visit, it was good but disappointed that after X-ray s and a peek at my teeth I was not able to have them cleaned. I have to wait over a month to see the hygienist. ?

I needed to have a tooth pull I have to take a vac day off work to have done and all they do is x-rays and all other stuff instead of pulling the tooth and send ya on Your way now I have to take another day off work to get the tooth pulled that should have been done today its just irritating and have to go all week with a tooth pain . Staff was nice and polite its just the steps they go through to get done what your there for

They was kind and I didn’t have a problem besides my bill I was told I was getting reimbursed for the 135$ tooth brush I didn’t want and I added up my bill and was still charged for the tooth brush! ?

I was given a quote for the work I needed. When I went to pay my bill they tried adding on over $100 for a toothbrush. I refused pay that since I had the quote that gave a different total. I got a bill in the mail today for over $350 and when I talked to the office manager she said that is what insurance didn't pay. Wrong!!!! I paid what I was told my bill would be after she contacted insurance. I was warned about going here and now I see why!!!!

West/East offices horrible business practices. Drove my cuz an hour, one way, snow storm, his back surgery 3 weeks prior, only to find out they were 3 hrs behind for his 10 a.m. appt.?? Can we wait 4 hours? Oh I don't know? Could u have called with a heads up u had overbooked? Could u have called to save him from falling on snow to mess up his back surgery? Could u have called so I didn't have to waiste a morning pay off work to drive him to an appt u knew wouldn't happen? So we didn't waist gas? So we didn't have a wreck? So we were not stuck in a snow bank on interstate 69? Yes but no way will I help you when all u had to do was make a SIMPLE PHONE CALL!!! It comes down to greed because u overbooked. Plus my cuz mouth has been messed up for months. Pull teeth while infected. He needed antibiotics first, I as a bookkeeper knows this fact!!

Absolutely amazing people. Great staff, great dentists. Terrifying experience because you don't realize how scary it is to be awake as an adult for a tooth removal until it actually happens ? but for the first time in over a year I was able to wake up with zero pain in my mouth, no sorry throat, nothing. So thank you guys so much at both the Lloyd expressway location and the green River Rd location in Evansville, IN. You guys are fantastic.
