Great and friendly team. Unfortunately the estimate cost on my dental work seemed excessive so I will be seeking more affordable treatment.

I am so hard to please. I was extremely pleased and thrilled to find a facility as this. Every person was so kind and pleasant.. The entire facility emulated positive vibes.Honest answers and guidance in regard to the direction I should pursue from beginning to end. Seriously I cannot believe I wasted my time and money other places.Loved the dentist. Totally impressed with her bedside manner (so to speak) and her response to EVERY question I asked was dictated to me in a language that I could understand. (Laymen's terms.) I cannot say enough good thingsThank you Aspen.

I had a great visit! Didn't have to wait - went right in. Best teeth cleaning I've ever received. Looking forward to my next visit (yeah, I know) to have a cavity filled. I trust the doctor and staff at Aspen Dental and would recommend them for your dental needs.

I haven't been to the dentist in a while due to a bad experience. Although the staff was very nice, it felt like they didn't listen to me when i talked about my broken tooth. I have another one with a hole forming that I informed the dr about and she still stabbed the nerve and said oh you have decay. It may have been an accident but it still hurt. When i jumped because her pick she was picking at my tooth with slipped and stabbed me in the gums she didn't say anything about it. She was very rough and when i voiced why i would rather get a tooth pulled instead of getting it capped she said my mouth is like a car you don't fix it its gonna break down and it may seem like a lot of money but we have payment plans. She came off as nice with a side of rude. She was more worried about my wisdom teeth. Not the tooth i came in for. Its barely there the nerve is completely exposed and she didn't say anything about it. Unless i blanked out and didn't hear. They are waiting on insurance to call me. I called because i cant deal with the pain it hurts so bad and they did nothing that day to help they offered to prescribe me pain meds but when i try to get the price before insurance i got nothing. I went to them for an emergency and got told that nothing could be done until insurance gets back to them. I was by myself i was hurting and overwhelmed and it to me felt like when i tried to speak they didn't listen...the dental hygienist was amazing and sweet tho and the nurse that talked to me when i came in and left were also amazing. I just remember why I havent been to the dentist in so long. My pain doesn't matter unless insurance says so. I hate to leave a bad review but my visit makes me hate going to the dentist even more than before..thank you for the friendly staff, the only good thing about that visit.

This place has poor customer service everybody I interacted with was rude and unprofessional. They do not know how to take care of there patients very unprofessional. I am very sorry for whoever goes here because they just want your money and if you don’t have an appointment than they like to rush through walk ins. They are over priced for their care personally don’t want them touching my teeth ever again. Also they don’t like to send prescriptions into your pharmacy. I wasted so much time going to them don’t make the same mistake I did.

I waited in a tiny little room that certainly. Needed maintenance care and update by being told to sit in the "recliner" looking chair which was the most uncomfortable chair I have ever felt. After waiting for 2 hours and never seeing a Dentist.(even though I arrived early for my long planned appointment) I left! It was a terrible frustrating experience and a total waste if time.

I haven't missed a dental appt in 15 years and you are trying to charge me $2400 to get my teeth cleaned?

Sent x-ray but still asked for full X-ray. This is about unnecessary and have to cancel the appointment.

I didn't care for the x-ray machines, especially the second part of the x-rays. It was very uncomfortable when the technician asked me to bite down to hold the film in place behind my teeth. It hurt my soft tissue in my mouth because it was way too big. She was doing best as she could, but it seems like it was very outdated equipment or something for it to be so awkward. I don't consider myself hard to deal with but I'm second guessing my choice. The dentist tried to get me to di something different for my missing teeth than I already have, although she was clear,it's just an option. She was very sweet but I had a hard time hearing her. Then when I made the appointment for my cleaning I was informed that it is not a cleaning now,but is maintenance d/t some beginning periodontal disease. The lady making the appointment said my insurance would cover all but $80 of it because it is a rinse. She said she made a note not to have that done. That could be left off.I changed dentist's because of insurance coverage.I am missing my ex dental group. Darned the luck!

I visited aspen dental on 508 N Green River Rd, Evansville, IN 47715 back in December to get x-rays and an examination of my wisdom teeth.Following that, I was told the top needed to be removed. Sure enough, the cost was going to be too much. So, I applied and accepted a payment plan through Concora. I was told it was going to be approximately $800 and somee odd dollars. More if I were to get sedation.I decided to get sedated and called prior to my appointment to add that to the bill.Fast forward to the day of my appointment, I was unable to get sedated. No one at the North Green river location gave me pre-operation instructions. Due to that, I had a banana 6 hours beforehand. So, I was given the option to either be numbed and do it awake, or reschedule to a location hours away - weeks later. I decided to do it with just the numbing shots.I was having a full blown panic attack (I have dental anxiety) and the man who was suppose to be the anesthesiologist was an absolute nightmare. He lacked compassion or just plain decency. Next, a lady and the oral surgeon came in and removed both teeth in 30 seconds. So, the main thing is, the dentist came in and removed both teeth in under 30 seconds. Great, right? I thought so too. Not only that, but the surgeon cut all the way to the tooth next to the one removed and has exposed the roots to it. This will lead to tooth decay. It should have either been closed up or I should have been given post-op instructions. I received neither. When I received my first bill, I was absolutely blown away. I mean, it was over $1000 more than what I was quoted and approved of.I called and they could give me no information. The oral surgeon who performed the extraction coded it as a complicated oral surgery. That couldn't be further from the truth. Like I said, he removed them within 30 seconds. Not only that, I was never credited for the amount the sedation would have cost me.I have called and called over and over - it's not getting anywhere. 1. The oral surgeon is a traveling one. They can't give me nurse notes, or anything to how it was "complicated." This is fraud. Plain and simple. 2. I've been told 3 times by 3 different people that they would get that sedation amount credited back to my account. I just looked at my statement and that has not happened. I have solid proof that this was not a complicated procedure. The people you have working at the North Green River location have no information on this oral surgeon. They only know his name. Not his phone number, or his main location. Which I've been told is in Indy.I've now gotten to the point where I am going to have to call my lawyer and consider taking action. The interest from this bill is making it impossible to pay off. I'm being charged for something that never happened, and an oral surgeon who coded something that also - did not happen. The is unacceptable and honestly, the worst experience ive ever had. I want the full amount for the sedation that didn't happen, applied, the incorrect code - fixed, and a credit for the INSANE interest rate I'm paying because this hasn't been fixed.I appreciate it.Abie
