We went in to talk to them about our bill increase of $90 after the manager and salesman confirmed it would only increase by $30 and their response was “it was in the written quote”. They only care about making a sale. While discussing it with them today they were extremely rude and kept telling us to call billing. The salesman kept having to go to the back to talk to the manager rather than the manager coming out and talking to us. Very unprofessional. Don’t go to this location!

Josh was fantastic. Answered all of our questions and concerns before trying to sell us anything. Ended up upgrading 4 lines and adding a fifth. Great customer service!

Josh has been amazing!! I came in to get new phone he not only discovered stuff on our lines we were paying extra for he got them all removed upgraded our phone got me all the way together. I will never go to another ATT store except for the one in NorthPark!! If I could give him 1000 🌟 I would do it!! Thanks Josh for everything!!
