Our appointment was at 3:30 pm 1/22/25 and Christopher Taflinger, Retail Sales Consultant, was very knowledgeable and friendly and helped us upgrade our phones flawlessly. I would highly recommend AT&T and Christopher!

We arrived when the store opened at 9am.
Edvin R. was our sales rep he greeted us with a smile when we came inside. He was very knowledgeable and very patient with us. He wasn't using jargon to up-sale us with anything. After almost 2 hours.. we walked out with 2 upgraded phones (Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra).. and I finally got me the watch I've always wanted(Samsung Galaxy Watch7).
I highly recommend this store and Edvin R.

I recently went to the Westside AT&T in Evansville without and appointment, which I don’t normally do. They were busy, but I didn’t have to wait very long. I was thankful to have Edvin Reyes as my support person for the second time. He was extremely helpful and patient, even when my questions continued. I’m very thankful that they were there to help. Much simpler than the continued “you cannot do that online” that I was receiving in the website. Thank you all for being there.

Very helpful, just went and bought me a new Samsung galaxy 9+ and it took about an hour from start to finish. And they showed me all the new features of the phone. All the staff are very professional and very helpful. Thank you

The employee, Zack, deleted information on my phone that can't be replaced. And then he was extremely rude and demeaning about. Pictures and videos of relatives that have passed that I can't replace. If I could give a negative review I would. He shouldn't have a job doing what he does for att.

Salesman told me he get me new phone with contract 10 dollars less than was paying prior to this ,was paying 71. First bill was120 second there after be 92 he mis led me now must 20dol.more and only agreed to the phone because said be cheaper,he lied as far as im concerned and now bill be 92dol.
