Switching phone is always challenging. Jennie at AT&T made our experience painless and a good experience. She was friendly, thorough, and very knowledgeable. She was very patient with us while waiting for Verizon to give us a transfer code to port over our numbers. Thank you Jennie for an excellent job. She has great customer service. It was a good experience.
