I worked with Leslie at the Eastland Mall, she provided great and amazing services and helped me out big time. I’m definitely going to be back for forever services and send everyone I know their way! Perfect services go see Leslie!

I am from out of town, and I came in without an appointment. I usually dread going into a utility, but this experience was better than most. The manager, Nathan, was one of the best and most knowledgeable AT&T employees I have met. I would recommend dealing with Nathan when you can. If Bart is there, he is also excellent. I think he floats between stores so it's probably more likely Nathan will be available to help you.

Best customer service I've experienced in a long time! The manager, who's name I didn't catch, was so helpful. The next day, I went in to get my new phone & Korey H. & his coworker, who I think was a new employee, were so helpful & nice! They took the time to show me different cases & explain everything to me & it was a much more positive experience than I had expected it to be. I will definitely be going to this location every time from now on!

The manager, Dakota (who has since been fired for theft) ordered me the wrong phone, then when I received the right one said that he could return the wrong one and never put it in the system. My account has been on hold for 6 days and corprate will not communicate with this third party store in the mall. They're attempting to bill us 1600 dollars for a phone that we returned to the store under false pretenses.

I always dread going into AT&T because I am not tech-savvy and it gives me extreme anxiety just walking in the store. I was greeted the minute I waslked in with a warm welcome from Nathan. I was long overdue for a new phone but on a tight budget. Nathan (manager) was so extremely helpful and respectful of my time. Highly recommend checking this store out. I am not from Evansville and would make the hour drive back there just for the awesome customer service!!!

Nathan was amazing! He literally took his time to explain the process of everything with getting the phones and even when we didn’t get the answer we hoped for he made away to help us out, which was greatly appreciated! He never got frustrated and was very understanding, I think he deserves so much more but this review will have to work! He’s a great salesman and even better person! Nathan thank you so much! Especially for helping my mom finally get another phone!! If you are in need of new phone or service, Nathan at AT&T in Eastland mall is your guy!!!!

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful experience with the store Manager by the name of Nathan. This Gentleman had a wonderful personality and really cared about his customers. I look forward to continuously doing business with that particular person.

I usually don’t check out the location in the mall but I decided to stop by and look at phones for my son. Nathan greeted me with a warm welcome and made me feel like he really cared. Will definitely come back to this location from here on out just to work with him!

Nathan M, the store manager at the Eastland Mall location on Green River Rd in Evansville, IN, was a pleasure to work with. He saved me enough money on my bill that I was able to walk out of the store with two new Apple Watches but still paying less than when I walked in. I had a great experience.

Nathan was AMAZING! We went into the ATT store in Eastland Mall to have him at our sons cell phone since it was broken. After asking some questions on trade ins, warranty info, etc. we ended up switching our internet to ATT fiber, traded in 4 phones, got a couple Christmas gifts, all the accessories and saved about $200 on our phone and internet bell. He was very patient, knowledgeable and interacted with us and our teens. Highly recommend!

My daughter got a new phone and was told to return her old one in 30 days no problem at all to take it home with her no hurry. She had a vacation planned and a work trip and got the phone back the wk after the 30 days. They refused to take the phone back. When I got on our account I found that they added the Next on her line and my husbands line with out our knowledge. They also added an extra insurance of 17.00 a month on the phone when we already have the family plan which covers 4 lines on our plan for $45 a month. My husband upgraded his phone at the Burkhardt store right before my daughter bought hers at this location. They have no problem billing us for services we don’t actually need because we already have the services. Or adding services just on two lines with out our consent but won’t take her trade in back at a week late. Profit for the company is all they are looking for not good customer service or taking care of the customer when they make a mistake. But we should overlook their mistake of over billing us and adding services we did not request.

Went in today and Dakota was helping another customer and was on hold trying to assist her, asked what I needed and assisted me while he was on hold instead of making me wait until he was finished. It was a quick thing I needed so I was very pleased with the fast friendly service. Will definitely go back!
