Very disappointing experience. Even if the associate was correct about the policy regarding purchasing a brand-new unlocked phone without a monthly account, his communication skills were unprofessional and unacceptable.

Went into this store. Was greeted and I explained I was looking for IPhone 14. Instead of telling me they don’t carry them no more. I was made to wait 45 minutes to tell me they don’t carry them. That’s piss poor customer service. That’s bad management.

I would leave zero stars if I could. Due for cell phone upgrade. A15 (the cheap option) not in stock. Pixel 8 price card indicates same price as A15. Mgr said no. The price is wrong. He refused to honor the price on the shelf. That is poor management. The advertised price should have been honored especially since the other phone was out of stock. Also, he was rude. "No. That price us wrong. You can't do that" in a loud, almost aggressive tone. I went to this location because the store closer to home said "upgrades are only online. We can't do that in store anymore"
Overall, not happy with customer service reps. Phone people are even worse!

I had a wonderful experience at the Burkhardt AT&T store yesterday. I went in to transfer my cell from another carrier. From the very start I was greeted by a very friendly person, I wish I could remember her name. She advised she would be glad to get my cellphone concern resolved with a service tech. After a very short wait, I met Grace, She greeted me with a genuine smile and friendly voice and asked what brought me in to see them. She listened patiently to my concerns and acknowledged she’d be glad to see how she could help me. She was very knowledgeable and informative about my iPhone. Grace is a wonderful asset to the Customer Service department and the AT&T family. .

Brett Meriweather who worked with us was great. Very polite, and very knowledgable. I plan on returning for upgrade soon and hope to work with him again. Best experience ever.

This location is the best if you’re looking for friendly and helpful people. I went in to sign up for internet and I met with the representative Wisdom Wissink. He was the most personable and friendly guy I’ve ever worked with at any AT&T location. He made every option super clear and didn’t try to upsell me on anything. I’m definitely going to this store from now on.

I went to this store to get help setting up
A warranty phone for my mom. Chanae made this interaction so pleasant and painless. She provided such warm, professional service to me. I was dreading having to set up the phone again by myself but her persistence in providing a solution to the phone issue made the experience such a wonderful one due to her great customer service.

Kenny did an excellent job of replacing my glass screen protector with a lifetime warranty. He was very efficient and carefully replaced the screen protector. He is a real asset to your store!
