David Lee is the BEST, got us in the car we wanted, and payments that are affordable amd doesnt break the bank!!! That was important to us, besides being in the car we wanted, he was able to make it happen in a timely manner as well..... I would recommend over and over again!!!

Guy literally gave us car keys and let us take car and had proof of insurance then harassed my step mom everyday while she was at school for more information when she gave the info they all needed then wanted more paperwork and proof of insurance even the insurance agent verified three times the car had insurance just waiting to get a new declaration because we were switching insurance and dave atAuto max harassed my mom so bad that she left school crying because they guy texted her non stop and harassed her and she’s literally done everything she could came into her work harassed her and then he texted her saying she didn’t have insurance at all even when agent sent email and text message and yet said he talked to her agent and her agent said he talked to the girls at the desk and they said they couldn’t give out any information and called my step mom a liar and my step mom was said she would bring the car back just so they would leave her alone and they still hounded her said they would pay the 211 for insurance just get the insurance she stated she didn’t need help she’s not paying for the switch of insurance and they come back saying they need more paperwork and harassing her still so she wanted to be done with them and they said all they needed was insurance paper and it be a done deal but she got a bill of sale the day they let her take the car so that was a done deal but yet dave said it wasn’t a done deal but they got the car windows tinted and detailed and they would t not knowing it was a done deal! why would they let them take the car pending sale??? the paperwork they kept asking for was for title work dave said and yet he kept harassing my step mom and then when asked for her money back they kept 1,000 of her money out of 3500 because of a restock fee and .25 a mile but yet they barely drove it and they answered and gave everything they needed that was available at the time and hounded her for insurance when agent personally told them on phone when they got the keys, on a text and also on email and then scammed them and harassed them where they got the car back and took money! BUYERs BE AWARE! They are rude and don’t take a car unless you know for sure its 100% they are scammers!

Salesman was very friendly and honest, I purchased a Toyota Camry and I love my car. I got a great deal and never felt pressured in my car purchase. I purchased my car 6 months ago and waited to write a review until now to be able to give an accurate review of the car, and honesty of the car lot ,I haven't had any problems with the vehicle at all, it's been great, I got a great car at a good price. I'd definitely recommend this car lot. David Lee was great and went above and beyond to help me get financed at a decent interest rate.

David was a great sales guy and very kind with my issues, but for the car i would give no stars. I’ve had problems with it since day one. They’ve fixed my car 3 different times and every time I get it back a new problem occurs. There is warranty but the things that are wrong isn’t covered unfortunately. I’m very upset that I put 3k down on this car and it’s giving me more problems then any other car I’ve owned.It’s been about 3 months now that I’ve had this car. Not only is there an exhaust leak which I was going to fix, but now my car won’t start at all and the mechanics can’t figure out why!!! So now I’m stuck with a car payment when I can’t even drive the car and auto max has done nothing to fix my problem or even offer a different car!! It’s been one thing after another with them!!

Auto Max is how car buying should be. Forget spending hours at a dealership. Brett and David were amazing to work with.Thank you so much for helping me rebuild my credit with an amazing car! I went in just needing reliable transportation and left with a great car (still has half the factory power train warranty remaining) SCORE!!!Hands down the best experience in buying a vehicle!

Brett was amazing! I've been along for too many car purchases with almost every big dealership in Evansville over the past 20 years. Hands down this was the BEST experience I've ever had! Auto Max is how buying a car should be. Zero pressure. Zero hidden bs. Picked out my top 3, was driving away in less than 2 hours with my new car! Will be sending all my friends and family to Brett & Auto Max!!

Very affordable, got my payments where I wanted them, let me test drive multiple vehicles, wanted one and test drove another while waiting on paperwork and fell in love with the second one, worked with me on the down-payment and made everything very affordable. Worth the stop in!!! Not pushy, if you don't want a vehicle, they look to find different options. Found one thing wrong (clip fell off a plastic piece on the fender) they fixed it right away. Dont find that often anymore. Sold me a car WITH a very good warranty. would recommend to anyone!!

These ppl literally STOLE $500 from me. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY REASON. They are crooks. And the car they almost sold me had a bad transmission. Do not Trust these ppl. I am out $500 for a car I don't have and they will not give me my money back. I am a single hard working mother and these crooks just stole $500 right from under me. I hope they rot in Hell
