Ordered (and paid for) a part 4 weeks ago. Never heard from them them. Seems it came in and was sent back. They couldn't tell me went. Took them 20 minutes to find the transaction. They gave me a refund, never apologized or offered to re-order the part. I guess I will order it elsewhere.

Kid wasn't really interested in helping me. He wanted to be on the phone more. His help was begrudgingly and the other help was walking around pretending to be busy.

Chris was very friendly and courteous when I walked in the door to get windshield wipers and was helpful by also changing them on the vehicle! Would definitely recommend Autozone and especially Chris!
