Called yesterday to GE and they set up a service appt with these guys. Called today just to see about it. Gentleman answered the phone and said he had tried to give me a call 30 min ago. Not a good way to start since I’m sitting on 4 bar and no missed calls. No voicemail? Hell if I was a company trying to do it I would call and at least leave a vm if you did in fact call. Example…. “Hey this is ____ I’m calling because we have received a ticket for warranty work from GE. We’re looking forward to taking care of your problem and if you could call us back as soon as you can so we can get that appt set.” You’re welcome BM Electronics. Take notes.

I had a Dryer that was not drying our clothes. We were contacted by B& M to do the warranty work. Shastin was the tech who arrived. He was punctual, polite, listened as I explained what the trouble was and was prepared with a new heating element. The whole process took about a hour. He vacuumed all the inside of the dryer, inspected the parts and cleaned up afterward. He also gave me some tips on how to clean and maintain the dryer. A EXCELLENT, Overall experience!! Would reccomend this company to use for repairs!!!

Used them to repair a burning smell issue with my speed queen dryer because they are listed on SQ’s website as certified. The tech initially came and did something that made my dryer inoperable which was concerning but the next day someone else came to look at it. The tech kept making phone calls on speakerphone which was weird. He also scratched our tile floor when setting down the front of our dryer. He ended up having to leave because of a sick child although he was on the phone telling another tech he didn’t know what to do now that the dryer had stopped working.They then replaced a $300 part that did not resolve our issue. Tried calling them a few days after and they did not return my call. Never again.

Terrible customer service. Guy on the phone was so rude. I was referred to this place and he said the Vendor was not going to pay the charges. I said when I reported it, that is the information they gave me. He got upset and told me 'NO, they won't pay me'. I said I will call someone else, and he said, 'go ahead they'll tell you the same thing'. I just can't figure out why people have to be continually rude versus just helping out your neighbor??Then the guy went in and cancelled my ticket with Vendor and now I have to start all over instead of allowing me to use that ticket to get a different service provider. Just wow. What a horrible experience.

Bad experience with this company. I am trying to find someone to reinstall my built-in microwave centered. It was been scratched and my wood has been dented. One side of the micrwave sits SNUG to the cabinet, the other side has a 1/2 inch gap. If there was a place to upload pics I would do so.

If I could give a zero, I would. We will never us this business again. We contacted them in July to fix our ice maker, and 4 months later, it still isn’t fixed. Always playing the blame game blaming on shipping delays, not enough technicians, technicians walking out, etc. Never any apology. We have had to call constantly to get updates and find out status of things. The first technician broke the top cover on our refrigerator leaving us with condensation and constant drip from ice maker section. Now we are told the part has been discontinued and that they can’t do anything about it. I have asked for a call from owner/manager multiple times but to no avail. The owners apparently don’t have email address either. Poor,Poor business practices. Yesterday I called and was told that they are done with us because we had filed a BBB complaint!It’s amazing how quickly you respond to a negative review. Again, no apology and no responsibility. I didn’t mention the delay in getting the correct parts ordered because of poor communication between the technician and office. Nor did I mention the rudeness of communication when I did call. It is standard good business practice to call and give updates. 1st Technician didn’t even troubleshoot correctly!
