We just had our tub/shower combo taken out due to damage, and had a walk-in shower with sliding glass doors installed. The entire process from consultation to job completion was very professional and completed timely. Our installer was excellent and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend Bath-Pro.

Ryan was the salesman who came and inspected the shower and toilet that we wanted to replace. He did a fantastic job of going through all the options available and helping us understand what each option would entail. He was very professional and we appreciate that opening to Bath Pro.
They were booked 3 months out when we first made the contract. Tyler became available at one point and was able to squeeze in getting the toilet in the bathroom replaced so that we could use it while waiting for the shower to be completed. He was quick. He was clean and very knowledgeable.
Cody then came and began work on the shower. He came, he saw and he conquered. Had the old shower out in less than a day with all the walls tore down. The next day they framed the new tub and got it in place. And the last day he finished up putting all the pieces together. He was super friendly. Nice to talk to. Helped me understand more about why they do things the way they do and allow me to be in his space so I could look at the insulation and back walls behind the shower. I greatly appreciate how good he was at his job.
Bath Pro is my place to go. Thank you guys for everything.

Can’t say enough good things about this group. From the estimate to the actual install, it was a very transparent and professional experience. The install itself came sooner than expected (which was nice), and the installer did a fantastic job!

On July 6th we needed a new walkin shower and called Bath Pro had them to come over and give us a estimate. He is an honest person price was good Job well done. Very satisfied.

I will definitely recommend Bath Pro to everyone. First thing that I loved was not being pressured to buy more than I wanted. Saved so much on shower, bought a toilet. Coty was very professional and great at the installation. He cleaned up everything and explained everything to me.

First I was impressed by Ryan who is a true professional in selling your products. Aaron and Jamie converted our tub to a walk in shower, and we couldn't be happier! They were very good at keeping the mess to a minimum during construction. My wife who is a perfectionist is very happy. Thanks Bath Pro!!!

Tyler did a fantastic job and took the time to explain any and all questions we had. He was very thorough and was diligent in keeping the area as clean as possible throughout the process. We are very pleased with the outcome of converting our shower/tub combo to a walk-in shower.
We would highly recommend Bath Pro for any bath remodeling projects.

My whole experience with Bath Pro has been amazing. Everyone I've had contact with has been very friendly and helpful. Ryan, the sales person, was great. He was informative but not pushy. He never once attempted to upsale me on anything, which was greatly appreciated. Donna from the office was always quick to get back to me and answer any questions. Her prompt response and upbeat attitude closed the deal. Aaron and Jaime were wonderful to work with during the install, they showed up on time, ready to work, and were pleasant to be around. They were laughing, smiling, and seemed to enjoy the work they were doing which made the experience that much more pleasant. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them. Overall, I'm very happy with the finished product including the price.

We couldn’t be happier with the way our shower turned out. Our installer Tyler was exactly who you’d want on a project like this. He was respectful, thorough, meticulous and organized. He’s a hard worker that would stay late hours (as allowed) to complete the job as early as possible for us. I didn’t do much shopping around as I felt comfortable with the decision and pricing since day one - we wanted it done right with no corner cutting and that’s what we got. Likely you can find cheaper options but I am personally glad we didn’t.
Highly recommend.
