Super helpful with hybrid car batteries and cell phone batteries. Even did extra diagnostic on the iPhone to make sure they fixed the issue before charging us! Always friendly even if I’m just dropping off electronic recycling.

This is my second visit. I returned mostly because the young man who I met on my first visit tried so hard to help me! However, I did appreciate his honesty, which pointed me to buying a new phone. When my husband's phone needed a battery, there was no question where I was going. Straight back to the Evansville location! We got a new battery and installed in less than 10 minutes. How do you beat that service!

I argued with Verizon for weeks about replacing a defective battery. It took 8 minutes (actually) and 30 dollars to get a perfect replacement. The associates were friendly and made me feel like their main priority.

We were on our way to airport and our battery was dead. I called the store and spoke with Courtney and advised her of our situation. I was able to get car jump started and headed immediately to store. When I arrived and popped the hood, Courtney immediately came out with the new battery she confirmed with me on the phone. After testing bad battery she already had all the warranty paperwork ready and I was out in less than 10 minutes! She was absolutely the best and great experience!

Went to get cell phone battery replaced. Best price. Knowledgeable young man who carefully explained and checked everything before servicing phone. Less than an hour (we went across the street and did grocery shopping while did completed the work. He also answered an unrelated question about a product they were selling- he clearly knew all about their products!
