I argued with Verizon for weeks about replacing a defective battery. It took 8 minutes (actually) and 30 dollars to get a perfect replacement. The associates were friendly and made me feel like their main priority.

We were on our way to airport and our battery was dead. I called the store and spoke with Courtney and advised her of our situation. I was able to get car jump started and headed immediately to store. When I arrived and popped the hood, Courtney immediately came out with the new battery she confirmed with me on the phone. After testing bad battery she already had all the warranty paperwork ready and I was out in less than 10 minutes! She was absolutely the best and great experience!

Went to get cell phone battery replaced. Best price. Knowledgeable young man who carefully explained and checked everything before servicing phone. Less than an hour (we went across the street and did grocery shopping while did completed the work. He also answered an unrelated question about a product they were selling- he clearly knew all about their products!

Great place to get what you need fast without any hassle. Staff is friendly and helpful. I've bought 2 car batteries now and they test for CCA before you buy it to ensure it is OK and ready. Highly recommend.

the most useless pieces of s*** on the planet. they thought i was the dumbest mf that ever walked in to that gd shop... i know very much about phones and electronics, yet, somehow, they think that i don't know what i'm talking about when i presented the problem in a comprehensive, yet assertive, way. these b*****s broke my phone screen last time i brought it in, which was very recently, and when i came back to show them what they did, they claimed it was my fault. i never touched my phone, nor would i completely strip the screw? there was no way to get it out, which is why they probably blamed it on me. they patronized me and talked to me like i was stupid. if you want good service, DONT GO HERE. i now have to get a new phone because mine is ruined. i would give them zero stars if i could.
