First I walk in to the store four people in there so I wait and start to notice there waz only one customer and the other three waz employees still waiting for 20 mins give or take not a word said to me and as I get fed up and leave o e of the three employees came outside and rudly yelled not sure what waz said but stay away from this location if u need to do anything g like pay ur bill

My service was disconnected after a representative failed to place me in the $50 a month plan and I was instead charged $3 a day for 15 day. Then when I tried calling in for support the representatives have placed me on long wait times and disconnected the call. This has been going on since 8:30am and it is now 2:30. The boost mobile call center representatives should be placed under investigation by their superiors. Odiously COVID is showing them to treat customers any kind of way and disconnect calls. We pay our money for services there is no way anyone should be treated like this.

Had an issue with my family plan being split into two billing cycles. The staff were very friendly and helpful at getting the issue resolved. On the down side the company made me pay over $20 difference to correct their mishap

The lady I spoke to on the phone, was very helpful & when I went to the store - she smiled most all the time! She's one of those people that should work with customers in public!

This location is a joke. The employees are not helpful and screwed up my account and over charged me and when I went in about the situation I got cussed at by an employee. They are rude and disrespectful.
