Worst experience in retail ever! 0/10 would not recommend. Got $133 out of us for a service that we can’t even use. Service rep had 0 idea what he was doing. Herbert D told us to come back the next day at 3pm to talk to the district manager about a refund. That left a different rep to deal with the issue which is unfortunate, when her boss or whoever she was on the line with, denied a refund and literally hung up on her. Leaving her no choice but to be completely unhelpful. Terrible establishment that is being ran here. Needless to say, we went to Metro PCS and was helped for $50.

Went to this location to get new phone and service. Got 2 phones and a tablet for about $100 a month. Tommy is a great guy and knows what he is doing. Also switched my information from old device to new device. I definitely be coming back in the future as well referring people to here.

Went into this store having issues my phone, would not do software update and was not loading up any apps. So was coming to upgarde. Tommy was able to get me taken care of and was able to assist to transfer all my information one phone to another. I will be recommending this store, this guy to everyone I knew. He was smart, kinda. I enjoyed the time I spent in the store.
