5 stars for sure from Anthony and Tommy. I had a problem when I switched from my old iPhone and to a new one and Anthony did not hold back one bit till the problem was resolved. Awesome since of humor cool group of workers and will definitely come to Anthony if I have any issues he will find one way or another.

What was a life altefing situation for me was made simple calm and resolved by james ,after finding out my needs and and budget he was abld to calmly and proffessionally excute a perfect plan and the amount of tech i needed , also my sistuation had some rather TY ouchy detaiks and he gracefully assisited me , im sure what he is being is not enough , impressive to say the LMK east.

10/10 would come again. James was great, VERY patient and efficient. Had no issue getting on the phone with old carrier support MULTIPLE times. Def needs a raise. 🤌🏽🤌🏽🤌🏽

I got a phone from boost the person worked for dish he activated my phone and left me high and dry I called boost in Evansville talked to Krystal bowling she was so caring and helped me out I wouldn't of known how to transfer my stuff thank you so much

Absolutely the worst consumer experience of my life. First they make you buy a junkie phone case and screen protector even if your not leading a phone; they sign you up for extra services without telling you and once you’ve made a purchase with them and immediately regret it they make it impossible for you to return it. The manager avoided me for weeks until I was no longer elegible to return my phone so now I’m stuck. Not to m mention the network is atrocious as well
Added: was told to contact the group that owns these stores to talk about my experience but true to form the email they left in this very review isn’t even a real email address, they made it up just to leave on this review and save face. Stay away from this green river rd location as well as the diamond ave location

I tried to connect our phones online and had the worst time if my life. Drove to the store and when i tell you Krystal helped my family I mean it. Got us handled made calls for us. Never do it online go to the store and let them help you It will save you. Thanks guys
