Very polite service and helpful. Was much better talking with someone in person rather than trying to talk on the phone with someone that doesn’t speak English very well and was actually quite rude!

Do not shop at this location.I'm sorry so I bought a phone on a Monday. Couldn't use the phone. Wasn't what I wanted.I tried to return it. Of course I get the run around. It's not in their policy to return a phone. Never heard of this policy before but I guess since he's the owner he can do what he wanted his store. I will never shop her again and if you ever had a bad experience here please try something else

Worked here a month. Seemed great until I refused to basically rob the customers. Have you bought a phone or upgraded here recently? Check the phone manufacturers website for the accessories that should have been with your new phone for a charging block, then check your receipt to see if you bought one for 20 bucks for absolutely no reason. I personally have observed the manager physically remove a block from the box and tell the customer that they stopped putting them in with the phone in order to boost his sales numbers. That's why it's called Boost I guess. I'd want my money back myself.

The manager at the green river store was super friendly and extremely helpful. He helped me pick out a phone case for the replacement phone and everything. He's a real great dude.

Only good phones they have are samsung and LG, wouldn't getting anything other than that. I have the unlimited plan well let's just say that's a LIE, no unlimited data at all!! Also you can't use your internet while your talking on the phone which I find ridiculous!?
