From the time I stepped in the door to try on dresses to wedding day, their team stepped up big time to assist me and make sure our day was so special!
Erika is the associate that helped me find my perfect dress! She was so cheerful and was so excited with me and my group when we found the dress! She made the shopping experience so delightful and positive!! They do this really special thing where they presented me with a note from Brandon as they welcomed me in my try on suite ?
Kassy & Casey were both tremendous supporters for me. When my alterations went badly and my dress could not be repaired, Kassy stood up for me and helped me get a brand new dress in time, as well as a refund from the seamstress. They made sure I got connected with a new seamstress that could get my dress done in the limited time we had before leaving.
I absolutely could not thank Rose & Bliss enough for how supportive and caring they were in this time of need. Their kindness, service and support ensured that our special day was a success!”
