She made the shopping experience so delightful and positive!! They do this really special thing where they presented me with a note from Brandon as they welcomed me in my try on suite ?
Kassy & Casey were both tremendous supporters for me. When my alterations went badly and my dress could not be repaired, Kassy stood up for me and helped me get a brand new dress in time, as well as a refund from the seamstress. They made sure I got connected with a new seamstress that could get my dress done in the limited time we had before leaving.
I absolutely could not thank Rose & Bliss enough for how supportive and caring they were in this time of need. Their kindness, service and support ensured that our special day was a success!”

“Walked in here after an appointment at another bridal shop. The difference was night and day! We were welcomed and encouraged to help in the looking process rather than being told to sit and wait for dresses to be brought out to the bride. This definitely sped up the process and helped everyone feel included. The owners came out and really demonstrated their knowledge of the industry by making suggestions and adding veils to give a better visual. In the end the bride found her dress, which was perfect and beautiful and the whole experience was memorable and fun!”
