The employee was outside smoking when we pulled in the parking lot. She saw us and went inside and locked the door. She told my husband they were closed. It wasn't even 9pm.

Olivia checked us out, and the entire time she was texting on her phone while holding an unused cigarette in her hand. Before we walked in she was smoking outside, right in front of the entrance. So we had to walk thru her smoke coming into the gas station. She wasn’t rude but this was very unprofessional.

Upon trying to purchase two of the sparkling monster waters that are 2 for 3$ i noticed that one of them was the regular monster water that was also 2 for 3$.
So after i paid for it i went to see if they had anymore of the sparkling waters and as i rounded the corner the young lady with the orange hair and mustache screamed "WHAT ARE YOU DOING ARE YOU TRYING TO SWITCH THOSE OUT" it embarrassingly echoed throughout the store when i came back around and explained it was the wrong one (because they didnt stock them right) she rudely said well im gonna have to ring it all up again. I asked wasnt it the same thing and the other lady joined in and said no its two completely different items and had to be re charged.
It was if they thought i was trying to take a more expensive drink. Ive had a ton of experiences where something was stocked wrong i explained and it was no big deal. This was like an interrogation over two very like items that were the same price and the employees stocked wrong. The whole experience was terrible. I told them not to worry about it and id just take the product i did not want.
No wonder they work at a gas station for a living. I go to that gas station every single morning before work and have for years. Not anymore. Ghetto people and a ghetto area

Casey's Pizza ain't bad at all when you're hungry. The Casey's General Store App makes it way too easy to order a last minute dinner that's ready in 15 mins. Ordering from the app also gives you access to daily pizza deals, coupon codes and redeemable in-store cash rewards. Delivery is available however my order has always been ready upon arrival when choosing the pick up option. You can pay via the app or also cash in store. Let's face it, gas station attendant employment is a rotating door but this S. Green River Rd location happens to have multiple great employees that have worked there for quite some time now. Fast, friendly service is what those experienced employees are all about. (In and out folks!). My go to pizza is the thin crust pepperoni. They do offer specialty pizza and I haven't tried them all. In my experience here when adding a 2nd topping, the proportion and distribution have been somewhat on the skimpy side.
So, I can't go wrong if I stick to my thin Pep.

I visit here approx every few weeks and the front register folks have always been very helpful every visit whomever is on shift whether morning, noon, or night. I like their Pizza and kudos to their human resources representative whom obviously has the knack of recognizing good help.

Good prices, good people,fast!My only gripe is one staff member never has her lottery on we stopped by to cash in at 10:30 in lotto is off its supposed to be on at 9ish per the lottery laws so a little frustrating

Brandy is the most unprofessional and ghetto employee here. She's rude and has poor workmanship. She has zero integrity and lacks basic manners. I will not be coming here on days I see her, I will travel to a different location. Eva lets her get away with this behavior, it doesn't matter how much you inform them. I overheard Eva call a customer a crackhead early one morning, yet she employees "crackheads" Brandy looks like prime example number one.

I just left there from ordering the 4 specialty pizza for $54 there was only one employee there at the time and they was a little behind and then the store ran out of large pizza boxes and I believe the employees name was Mark.. Mark you handled everything very well and all 4 pizzas was delicious THANK YOU for still doing the damn thang…

Don't go to Casey's often anymore. Had a coupon (not listed in Rewards) for $4 slice and a Dr. Pepper. Grabbed a slice and a Diet Dr. Pepper (with the promotional banner clearly listed in front of the dr pepper drinks). Lady first told me it was Rewards only (not listed in the app as I already said). Then she told me Diet drink dont apply. Again the banner is clearly im front of the siet drinks. I'm literally about to pay 4 bucks for a slice of pizza thats been under the lamp spinning for who knows how long and a Dr pepper. Also was getting a 4 dollar bag of chips. Ended up spending ZERO dollars. Good job Casey's. I'll just go to Thornton's.
