I'm petitioning Google to add more stars simply for this business. Amazing people who do amazing work all the way from the front desk to the techs in the back. I simply cannot recommend these guys enough. If you're going anywhere else for your computer needs you're simply doing it wrong. For the employees who see this thank you all so much for the effort and work you put into my gaming pc I couldn't be happier with it!

Not sure about the PC side of things, but from a Business and Enterprise solutions perspective, James Samford at Computers Plus is definitely the man to talk to. Every blip, issue, and concern we have had during new product installs and conversions, he has been out remotely or in person to take care of the issue immediately. If you need business solutions, please see James Samford and he will take care of you! Very honest and transparent as well. If he doesn't know, he will tell you instead of charging you to learn.

Botched my CPU cooler installation and ruined a $350 CPU because one of the fan cords was halfway plugged in. My Ryzen 7 7700x overheated because of this. I didn’t even get 3 months of use out of it. Not to mention their markup is insane, they’re more expensive than Best Buy. If you’re going to have work done by them be sure to double check it or take it to someone else entirely.

friendly people. has an appointment at 2pm thinking theyd look at it then. i got there early and it took 2 days for them to look at it. it took 2 phone calls asking the status. they told me finally what was wrong with it over the phone and the cost was nearly $700 for a laptop monitor replacement. When i went in they didnt go over anything. Just handed me my laptop back and said here you go. On a positive side, they do have a cool Darth Vader statue thats about 8-9 ft tall made out of metal and parts.My 4 year old gaming laptop wasnt worth putting half of what i paid for it originally back into it for a $50 monitor part.Do your research because they will screw you over like Geek Squad would. Their claim of #1 computer store is probably their idea not the customers. I wouldnt take any electronic equipment in there.

They did not carry the item I was looking for, but the staff was, went over and above trying to help me think of other places as well as even seeing if they had the item I was looking for in a used condition. Very impressed with the team!

I bought my new computer at the end of last December and NOTHING but poor service. They have totally messed up my files. When I go to open a document I have to hunt all over as there are 2-3 places on my computer the documents are stored. REALLY SORRY I ever went to them. They don't correspond when you have concerns. One star is one to many.

Asked Joshua to email me a pic of desktop the next day. I had to call him back instead. Now I have to make Two trips to Evansville at my experience. Not very happy. It would be nice if store name was on the back of their building. I had to ask , as I came in off HirschlineA bag for keyboard, cord and mouse and keyboard would have been nice. Bought my computer on 12-22 have sent numerous requests for help and filed a BB report and sent three letters to the owner STILL no answers. It was much easier for them to take my money than it is to get my questions answered. I am 80 years old and female - says it all. They don't care. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. it is now 2-2-23. Guess they won't be kind enough to answer. IF I were a male I bet I would get service. Don't recommed unless you are computer literate and don't need any help. Computer was not explained to me before purchase. Sady Computer Plus doesn't care.

Unfortunately I have to give it one star. I took my computer there for diagnosis as it doesn't power up at all. They told me the motherboard is dead and needs to be replaced. They said it will cost me around $375 total including labor and material. I paid $50 for the inspection/diagnostic fees and brought the computer home. I bought the motherboard online and I changed it myself. The computer still didn't work. My brother was visiting and he is good at computer stuff. He was surprised that they told me the problem is the motherboard as the computer does not power at all and no power is coming out of the power box. We looked at the power box and it was clearly defective as shown in the picture below. That was changed and took care of the problem. I felt I was charged $50 and given the wrong diagnosis. That was totally misleading.
