Ellie and Jami are real troopers. Their customer service was top of the line. Ellie took me as far as she could with Jami's guidance I was able to retrieve all my contacts from a phone that had been destroyed.

Everyone was super friendly & knew all the ends & outs of the phones I was interested in. They bundled in everything I needed at a great price & transferred everything from my old phone to my new one without me having to ask. Wonderful experience!

Amazing store, very well kept, very polite and friendly staff, the manager is amazing and knowledgeable, can help with almost anything and if she can't figure it out she finds an answer, I would recommend cricket ket to any one ! And they always have some amazing deals !!

I was lied to about what was required to purchase with my phone and spent an extra $80 on stuff I didn't need or want. They then as told they couldn't do a refund due to a no refunds on accessories policy, despite that I was lied and misled into purchasing extra stuff.

Jeremy was very helpful and being in person helps you decide which phone you want. Also there are far more choices in person at the store than online. The cricket service is excellent with the app and online store not so much.
