There is no way to speak to a pharmacy tech to check on the status of a new rx. Instead, you must leave a message and wait to see if they call you back. Very rude and inconvenient

They don't care to fill or refill your prescriptions. Doesn't seem important to them that a diabetic needs their insulin.

You would think that with as much money as CVS is making off of every script they fill, they would hire more people to work in the pharmacy so that when people need to talk to someone, they would actually answer the phone!

My husband needed a Covid test and they wanted us to stand outside the drive way and do it mind you it just snowed today and they had a booth to do the test… never coming back here

I like my pharmacy here but when it comes to using their coupons in the actual store it's frustrating because they say you can't use a coupon on a for sale item which I understand but then again how can you use the coupons when just about anything you need is always on sale or 70% of the store always is. Today I go to get a drink I can't use it because the deal ok no problem go to get a drink without a sale sign it rings up like .15 cheaper can't use coupon try a different one without a sign does it again and none of these next 2 drinks I tryed had a sign and my point again its like you can't use coupons hardly ever im just ranting because it's frustrating.

Showed up at 8 AM because Google says pharmacy opens at 8 AM and sign inside says new hours opens at 9 AM so I show up at nine and they said that there’s no pharmacist and they have no idea what’s going on so I can’t get my medicine and I already have other things to do so I had to leave. I recommend nobody get their prescriptions filled at this pharmacy. It’s a good thing it wasn’t a life or death prescription.

Just wanted to thank the cashier for being so friendly and very helpful. She was super knowledgeable on my questions. It was very helpful with my stuttering. I appreciate her very much.

The store is always well stocked, clean, and inviting. The staff in the pharmacy, however, are far from looking like they even enjoy being alive. Everything is monotonous customer to customer so when you ask them a question that breaks their monologue, they get unbelievably flustered and rude. Backstory: CVS doesn’t take our insurance and we are not only aware of that, but fine with it. We trust CVS over big retail stores with a pharmacy shoved in the corner anyday. Our issue occurred on Wednesday January 25th when we arrived to pick up a medication. Yet again, the spiel about insurance ensued and each time we explained we weren’t going to be using our insurance for it, she would argue with us, first stating you needed insurance to get the medication and ended it by quoting us 8x the amount it’s been in the past. Luckily a manager stepped in finally and this was resolved, but had the tech listen to us instead of thinking and acting like we were ruining her day by asking her to do her job, it wouldn’t have taken so long
