I called because I need help with transferring my daughter’s prescription. She told me to wait and put me on hold then just hang up the phone :) thanks

I used the drive thru since I just had surgery, pull up to get prescriptions and rep asked for my insurance info, gave her the name of it and she states she could not find it. She got pissy and said to just turn my scripts in to my insurance. No need to act that way and SHE DID NOT EVEN TRY. Seems odd that my insurance has not changed in 3 years and other CVS stores have the INFORMATION ON FILE. Will not go back.
