Every time I call this pharmacy the workers are extremely rude. They cut you off and don’t even say hi or say their name when they answer the phone. If you can’t be nice maybe get a new job because working in customer service isn’t for any of the employees at this pharmacy.

Filled prescription incorrectly and was over charged by approximately 366%. Refused to listen or help. Actively avoid this location and all CVS locations. Caroline was the one helping.

Great location just off of U.S. Highway 41 north of Evansville. It is easy to find using Google Maps and there are no problems getting in and out of it. The store is super clean and the staff are very helpful and professional. They usually greet you as you enter the store. The pharmacy staff are all great even though they are crazy busy. They will take time to help you. Parking is no problem in their large free lot.

I highly advise people to avoid this pharmacy at all costs, especially if you regularly take medication. Almost two years ago my Dr. began prescribing me a 90 day supply rather than 30. For almost TWO YEARS they overlooked my Dr.’s notes when filling my prescription. I and many others have had this problem as well; receiving a text/call that my prescription is ready to be picked up then waiting for 30+ minutes in the drive through, all for them to tell me that it’s not ready and to go to the back of the line. Not to mention the rudeness of the staff.

Approcched counter and asked how cashier was doing and got no response . Didn’t talk to me the whole time just a look of annoyance. Then when Granola was posted under b1g1 and when I asked about it when I was rang up and it didn’t show that price the man basically dropped the boxes onto the counter huffed and said he didn’t know. Went to check the price and came back with the B1G1 sign and said it was in the wrong place . He still gave me the deal but the attitude was uncalled for. His name tag said bill but the receipt said William , all I know if I’ll just be during self check out for now on!

Did not fill a script for our son even through doctor sent it. Difficult attitude. Would not accept a phone call from our doctor’s office, which would have cleared it up. This pharmacy is unprofessional and puts patients at risk.

I come here to buy my Big Sexy hair spray all the time. In the pass couple days came to the store and there was empty shelves. So I ask the lady up front about it. She told me that they are waiting on shipment. Ok OkCame today before my coupons expired and so a gentleman stoking the shelves withe the HS that I want.Told him about the everything. He told me that the store is refusing to putt his products on the shelves so they sit in the back for a week or longer. Wow that was on professional. I will not come to this location again ?.

Worst customer service ever in the pharmacy. Told them we had a new insurance card so they pulled us to another counter then after told us to get back in line. By this time the line was full because one of the workers was busy talking to everyone before getting there name for there script. I will be changing. I am a patient person but to pull us out of line and then make us go back to the end of the line was unexceptionable. We had already stood in line.

I don't normally leave reviews, but this CVS can barely handle my two prescriptions there. I have to call every time a prescription is sent to get it actually filled and then I get a text Notification it's been filled, drive all the way there to be rudely told they'll fill it for me but I have to give them a half hour to fill it. Come back the next day, wait in line for up to 45 minutes, finally get prescription.

More times than not, there is only one person scrambling around working in the pharmacy, trying to take care of the ridiculously long lines in the store and in the drive thru. Why is there only one person working?But the worst is when you receive all the texts and automated phone calls notifying you that you're prescription is ready to be picked up, you sit in the drive-thru line for 45 minutes only to get to the window and have them tell you that it's not ready and come back in 20 minutes.....

I made a phone call to the photo department to be sure what time I should come in to pick up, because it says an estimated time rather than a suggested or recommended time I should be there. The employee on the phone was very short with me when I genuinely asked my questions politely, and when I finished, I said thank you, and they said "Yep," and hung up without a goodbye or a thank you or anything. It may have been a silly question, but I don't think that calls for bad customer service.

Writing this review while in line. I’ve been here just over an hour now. I reached the front of the line once to be told my daughters prescription was not yet ready. This was called in almost 5 hours ago so I planned to pick up on way home. When I asked if she knew when it would be ready I was simply told she had no idea…so without the women at the counter asking the pharmacist for an update I was turned away. No sooner then the next patron reached the counter the pharmacist called my name to alert them my prescription was ready. I then rejoined the line 8 customers back and 30 mins later almost back to the front. I don’t plan on having another prescription filled here. Always rude and now slow…

Insurance was on file and then magically disappeared, had to wait 30 min for them to reprocess the insurance.
