Front store customer service is HORRIBLE, HATEFUL AND RUDE. They dint want to help you at all,and when they do talk it's short, and straight to the point. Called to ask if I had a package and they yelled the answer to me over the phone. Called just now and asked about a package and was very rude. It's 1/18 seems they don't like the job because they treat customers so bad idk. But something needs to change.

I can't begin to describe the rudeness of the pharmacy techs and the pharmacist here. I think it's never ok to ridicule someone who takes certain kinds of medications. Literally called a junkie to my face not an hour ago.

I have been going to CVS for almost three decades now. The service, especially back in the pharmacy has gone downhill in the last 10 years.

Not a surprise consumers are not going to drug stores as often as they used to. The hours here are much less convenient than they used to be. They also leave earlier than posted for lunch which is frustrating if you get there just before 1:30 to pick up a prescription.

Rudest people I've ever came across in a pharmacy. Nurse Ratchet and her crew are definitely interested in You feeling like a number as well as letting you know how bothered they are that you're doing business with them. You think with 15 prescriptions they would love to see you, but no. They hate themselves and their lives so much that they take it out on patients. Oh, ask for a manager lol or call to speak with one. They don't have those apparently and zero oversight. Being a pharmacist is more than counting pills and being hateful.***UPDATE*** KNOW THAT IF YOU LEFT A NEGATIVE REVIEW, YOU WILL BE TREATED ACCORDINGLY BY THE PHARMACY. I'M GETTING A LAWYER

Drive thru is closed due to a malfunction (not the reason for 2 stars). Then a person comes in to the pharmacy to pick up the prescription and there ONE person on the pharmacy register. So, if you’re disabled or in a lot of pain you’re forced to just stand there in excruciating pain behind seven people in line waiting.

Sure I have 7 minutes of video that shows the world how vile you pharmacist people are. I also had a long winded speech about how you shouldn't judge or bully others. I don't even have to. I know that if any one of them has half a conscience then they know what they did and they know how it feels. Like you have a position to be of help to your fellow man and instead you leverage it and use it as a means to torture people you deem less human than yourself. I'm sorry if I wished that you would understand how it feels etc, I don't hope anyone ever has to feel the way you all just made me feel because I tried to pick up medication. I know heartless people don't care but I am still shocked that so many people could be so prejudiced and judgemental all at once. I feel sorry that you have a life that makes you so bitter that you're mean and pick on mentally challenged people. I pray Jesus shines a light on that heart and melt it back into flesh instead of whatever it is right now, it's not right but I will just have to do an online campaign until corporate notices.

Myself,my brother in law and my niece must use CVS due to our insurance. However, every month regardless of requesting refills early or being enrolled in auto refills, we always have to either fight to get our medication or wait days for them to get around to getting it in stock. Many of these medications are a matter of life or death. Definitely, do not recommend CVS to anyone who can go elsewhere.

It takes a long time to get your medication at the pharmacy, even when it is ready.
