Staff are all rude. Especially the ones who work at night. Manager Robin could care less if you are satisfied or not. Oh and don't bother to try using coupons here. They won't let you because "everything is already on sale" according to them. Biggest waste of time.

Passage of time, 35 + minute waits at the drive thru, and self checkout has proven to me that you intend to have a small and ignorant staff. These business tactics should get you shut down. Could all the problems be from the opioid lawsuit? I have heard some suppliers refuse to work with CVS now. Switch pharmacies.

Asked a question since It was the only place open 24/7 in the middle of the night. Lady on the phone said we're open 24/7 look for yourself and hung up.

The laziest workers i have ever dealt with.. they can’t search around for medicine that is there and has been held back all they want you to do is come back and forth because they are too lazy to look around..: some of us don’t have the time to do that… the two working tonight are very under educated to be working the pharmacy it’s like you have to literally spell things out for them… also if it’s a 24 hour pharmacy and you have two people working why is the drive through not open so ridiculous if you don’t want to be open all night then you should not be a 24 hour facility….
Update: the “pharmacist” if that’s what she wants to call herself wants to call me an hour later telling me she “tripped” over the box of my prescription that I knew was there.. had she taken the time to listen to me when I was in the store… now I have to go back 20 minutes out of my way to get this because she was not professional enough to look while I was there… then when I get upset and voice my concerns on the phone she wants to unprofessionally HANG UP… 100% worst customer service…

Pharmacist loves to talk down to his workers along with customers. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a pharmacy along with being told medication I get on the regular wasn’t covered. They truly don’t care to even get you meds

There’s no way to call the pharmacy cuz of the automated phone and u can’t talk to a real person as of now I will never go back to cvs then they told us that it would be there and it wasn’t and it was an important med for my elderly uncle so he could breath it’s amazing how much they don’t care

They open early, so I went there. I waited 75 minutes to get my prescriptions filled. Should have just waited for Walgreens to open.

The employees are super helpful and friendly as can be. I go in the store often and I don't remember ever seeing it a mess. Each employee is always working and organizing things
