Your pharmacy socks, you have to wait forever and it's dirty around the pharmacy area. Pharmacy workers just ignore you like your not there h. Most of the employees look like they were picked from the bottom of the barrel. I call it the "HELL HOLE'. The rest of the store is clean and the employees are very nice.

Garbage Company always a long line because they under pay and over work. The automated answering system is a joke, better set aside 30 mins to get anywhere on it.

CVS used to be a decent place to get your Rx needs. Today I am at the CVS on 1st Ave because the one on St. Joe didn't have the prescription, when I got here the pharmacy wasn't open because they didn't have a pharmacist and one wouldn't be here for 30min+

I went down to CVS to get prescription. They told me it would be about 15 minutes. I left to run another errand. I received text that it was ready. Went back and they told me they gave it away to someone else. I wasted a good portion just going, standing in line then going back. It might be time to switch to another place. With 2.8 rating I would say I'm not the only one with a problem.

Unfortunately one of the worst pharmacies I’ve visited. Pharmacists who work at this store are not friendly, and don’t carry the professional I’d expect when visiting other companies/stores. They were laughing and announcing unprofessional talk before greeting me for several minutes. When I inquired about information that pharmacists should be able to provide or at least direct me to where I could find information, they answered nothing and just stared at me waiting for me to leave. At most they said goodbye.

Normally this is my go to pharmacy for everything. However today I had a few prescriptions sent over from being seen and need them filled ASAP. Knowing they take lunch everyday I came home to wait. I got the notification on my app saying my medication was filled. Get on and see one is on hold and informs me to call the pharmacy so I do and they now have an answering machine! Like are you kidding me and it tells you someone will get back with you within one hour! Are you kidding me right now! I get they get busy but when someone needs their medicine and needs to know why it won't be filled and can't even get anyone on the phone that is extremely unprofessional and not acceptable at all.

I'm surprised to see such bad reviews about this location. This is the first pharmacy in 30 years that's always friendly...kind...helpful and courteous. I've been through several over 5 years that made me feel bad for needing medication... since coming here.. nothing but smiles and happy to help!
