CVS Health in Evansville aims to make health management easier for its customers with reliable services and convenient hours, open seven days a week. The pharmacy offers prescription refills, COVID-19 and flu tests, vaccinations, and personal care items, among other products. Customers appreciate the store's effort to provide a friendly experience, with employees often going out of their way to bring smiles to faces and even giving treats to pets at the drive-thru. While many customers have had positive experiences, a few have raised concerns about phone responsiveness and occasional issues with medication accuracy, particularly regarding narcotics. Some customers have noted the long receipts, but overall feedback highlights the kind service and helpfulness of the staff. Many rely on CVS for essential medications and enjoy the benefits of the ExtraCare® program for personalized deals and rewards. Despite some challenges, CVS remains a lifeline for many in the community, committed to supporting their health needs while making shopping convenient.
Cvs has become one of the worst pharmacy's to use I'd recommend anywhere else that doesn't force all call straight to voicemail. Walmart will answer phone calls and Costco oh also Walgreens but cvs will not

They were very quick which was good but everyone there seemed to be in a bad mood. I was getting very rude vibes from both the pharmacists that helped me. Everyone there seemed to hate their lives and hate all the customers that came up to them. Maybe they need like a raise or something to convince them to be more friendly.
