Used self checkout. Had to wait several minutes for help to deal with the self checkout system. It sounded it's "alarm" that help is on the way MANY times. When someone finally came up, no apology. When I asked Why I had to wait so long, the store manager in training blamed it on ME having a bad day and very sarcastically said he was sorry he ruined my week. I am not having a bad day. His response time was extremely poor. I'll choose a different CVS location or switch to Walgreens.

Had issues getting my meds at the pharmacy I usually go to (non CVS pharmacy) came to this location today and service was excellent.
Pharmacy seemed well staffed. Staff were friendly and helpful. I had to run back to the doctor to get new script so CVS could fill the med that was initially sent to my usual pharmacy. By the time I got back to CVS my meds were ready. I got the medicine I needed for less than the price my typical pharmacy was going to charge me. The only improvement I can recommend for CVS is to be able to reach pharmacy staff on the phone. Really inconvenient to have to leave a voicemail and wait for a call back. I’d really like to make CVS my new pharmacy home, but I’m on the fence of doing so if my ability to reach the pharmacy on the phone is nonexistent and I’m left to talk to the robots and answering machine. Anywho great location nonetheless! To the team of CVS Weston Rd. Keep up the good work!

Cvs has become one of the worst pharmacy's to use I'd recommend anywhere else that doesn't force all call straight to voicemail. Walmart will answer phone calls and Costco oh also Walgreens but cvs will not

Sadly, this locations quality of service has declined significantly over the last few years. There seems to be a tremendous amount of turnover. Each time I'm in, there are new faces, and the more experienced staff has either left, or seems completely miserable. The new CVS phone answering system is terrible! I really hope this location can get things figured out and turn their performance around. If things do not improve, I will take my business somewhere else.

Not a 24 hour location like they advertise online. Horrible customer service in the pharmacy. Sometimes you show up and they're closed randomly or the drive thru is closed because employees didn't show up for work.

I needed my medicine late last night, but it was closed. I came back today and couldn’t get my medicine again because they were closed from 12-2 pm. At least change your hours from being a 24hr location.

They were very quick which was good but everyone there seemed to be in a bad mood. I was getting very rude vibes from both the pharmacists that helped me. Everyone there seemed to hate their lives and hate all the customers that came up to them. Maybe they need like a raise or something to convince them to be more friendly.

I've used CVS for my prescriptions for years now. I am changing to another pharmacy with a different company. The last time I went to drop off a prescription, I was treated exceptionally rudely by a heavy set guy who said he was Kyle. He snatched my paperwork from me and told me since I wanted to wait that it's going to be an hour to an hour and a half to get 10 pills filled that were non narcotic, just anti nausea meds. It was bad enough that I didn't even go pick them up. I have about 10 or so prescriptions I get filled every couple of weeks or month and I've been a loyal customer for years until this last straw. CVS in Evansville is trash regardless of which store you choose. Go to Lincoln if you want the employees to follow you around trying to hurry you through the store, or the west side and they are just so rude you never want to go back. Thanks Kyle! I pray Jesus comes into your heart. Anyone who is that upset all the time has problems and I'm not sure he wasn't on something himself.
