Every time I try to call the pharmacy now, they WILL NOT let you talk to a real person. Instead, they force you to leave a voicemail, and say they will call you back in as little as an hour. This is extremely inconvenient and will be a reason I stop using this pharmacy. I had a simple question to ask, and now I’m just waiting for them to call me back. Complete nonsense and wastes everyone’s time.

This CVS is like a trip to third world countries. I've been told many times, No we didn't have medicines that have been around for a lifetime, we're out but should have some next month. This month, sorry but no diabetes medication come back after the 4th of next month. Time for attorneys.

CVS is close to me and I shop there frequently. I just saw an ad on TV where a customer is taking her “purse” dog in. If I see non certified service dogs in CVS I will cease shopping there.

Store location doesn’t open until 9AM on the week days, which I think is absolutely ridiculous. You’re a franchise, not a small business.Edit: Apple Maps says 9AM. Google says 8 AM. Giving one star back for being incorrect, but 8 AM is still ridiculous since that’s when most people in the area are already at work.

I got a flat tire, and pulled over in their parking lot. It wasn’t there 12 hours, and they had it towed. Absolutely stupid. Like 2-3 days I get. But less than 12 hours parked in a 24-hour store?? Ridiculous. So now I have to pay to fix my flat AND a towing charge. They’re all about “customer service,” huh?

Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes only to have them close the blinds on me when it was my turn. Lunch from 1:30 to 2pm every day. It was 1:29pm and nobody behind me. There were two cars in front of me - one took 8 minutes, another 2 minutes. Been going there for years but no more, I'll go to Walgreens.

Your item Meplex Border Post-Op Surgical dressing (item #213170) is a SHAM! It is shown on the box as being 4" x 8" but the sterile dressing portion is ONLY 2" x 5.5". TOTALLY FALSE advertising!!!!! Box even says "Actual Product Size on Back Panel" yet it DOES NOT indicate the dressing size is MUCH smaller than 4" x 8" advertised and shown on the box. I wouldn't mind the exorbitant cost IF the item was as described. I have always valued CVS as a dependable location for health supplies. This has just shattered that belief!
