This CVS is like a trip to third world countries. I've been told many times, No we didn't have medicines that have been around for a lifetime, we're out but should have some next month. This month, sorry but no diabetes medication come back after the 4th of next month. Time for attorneys.

CVS is close to me and I shop there frequently. I just saw an ad on TV where a customer is taking her “purse” dog in. If I see non certified service dogs in CVS I will cease shopping there.

Store location doesn’t open until 9AM on the week days, which I think is absolutely ridiculous. You’re a franchise, not a small business.Edit: Apple Maps says 9AM. Google says 8 AM. Giving one star back for being incorrect, but 8 AM is still ridiculous since that’s when most people in the area are already at work.

I got a flat tire, and pulled over in their parking lot. It wasn’t there 12 hours, and they had it towed. Absolutely stupid. Like 2-3 days I get. But less than 12 hours parked in a 24-hour store?? Ridiculous. So now I have to pay to fix my flat AND a towing charge. They’re all about “customer service,” huh?

Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes only to have them close the blinds on me when it was my turn. Lunch from 1:30 to 2pm every day. It was 1:29pm and nobody behind me. There were two cars in front of me - one took 8 minutes, another 2 minutes. Been going there for years but no more, I'll go to Walgreens.

The pharmacy itself is very convenient, but I have never had a positive experience with any of their staff. Consistently the rudest workers of any store in the area

First and last time using this pharmacy. Funny my nurse is who recommended this pharmacy. They would not refill my prescription. My regular pharmacy was out of stock, oak hill tried to say it was to early (even though it was not) the previous month my regular pharmacy had to split up my prescription because out of stock issues. Not sure if this is what caused the issue but I went to my regular pharmacy who told me that should not have mattered. They could fill anyways. So I had to drive all the way across town empty handed. I will be getting my script transferred and will never come here again. The rude pharmacist said well you shouldn’t go to different pharmacies?!? Well if cvs kept stock, trust me I wouldn’t Nobody wants to drive across town for a prescriptions. Just one more thing to add to my news story that I have been putting together. Shame on you guys!

Your item Meplex Border Post-Op Surgical dressing (item #213170) is a SHAM! It is shown on the box as being 4" x 8" but the sterile dressing portion is ONLY 2" x 5.5". TOTALLY FALSE advertising!!!!! Box even says "Actual Product Size on Back Panel" yet it DOES NOT indicate the dressing size is MUCH smaller than 4" x 8" advertised and shown on the box. I wouldn't mind the exorbitant cost IF the item was as described. I have always valued CVS as a dependable location for health supplies. This has just shattered that belief!

This location is following the way of why we left CVS on Morgan. They have failed to count the pills properly in a bottle. They have refused to fill the prescription because the Insurance company tells them not to. They've been out of antibiotics for infants.They say the federal gov won't let them fill a prescription for two weeks; doctor calls them and it is filled the next day.The computer tells us the prescription is filled. The person at the window say a prescription is waiting for Doctor's approval. The doctor's website says it's been approved. Next morning, wow, it's been filled the next morning while the doctor's office was closed?!?! Non-sense.We've been called by CVS; a special-order (very rare) prescription is filled, and I go to CVS. IT'S NOT FILLED?!?!?The computer says I can refill a prescription. A couple days later I go, and the window says, "It can't be filled until tomorrow." I come back two days later, to pick it up, "You're prescription isn't filled because you didn't order the refill." I did like 5 days ago.I complain at the window. One says, "Okay I will tell someone." I complain at the window on a different visit, "They won't listen to us about the computer problems, not even the pharmacist." Yeah right, they've curtailed hours because they can't get pharmacists for the last 5 years. THEY WILL LISTEN TO THE PHARMACIST.They let a lady interrupt my transaction which technically violates HIPPAA regulations. This is a mere summary of their mistakes.
