Well I left Walgreens to come here. I’ve only got 2 Rx picked up on a Friday. They were busy, but a lot of sick ppl lately. I appreciate their detail. I called and order was ready about when they said.

This pharmacy is near my Dr's office, and I love this pharmacy. I would've considered them average until I had the pleasure of being assisted by Yolanda. Yolanda took time to make sure my 3+ prescriptions were accurate, and I had the necessary supplies for my prescriptions, in addition to making sure that I had the absolute lowest price due to my insurance company being difficult and deciding they wouldn't pay for a medication even with a PA. Yolanda did all of this with me at consultation, all while dealing with multiple customers at pickup. I watched as she devoted time to each customer, making sure they had what they needed, all while dealing with my insurance company, and then making sure I was able to get one med for a reasonable price. Yolanda did all of this with compassion, a smile, and a pleasant attitude.

On 5 separate occasions, my medications either weren't filled after hours and sometimes days after the doctor sent them in. They don't know anything if you ask any questions, it's like a brick wall. There's also a sales associate who likes to harass people who don't look like her, like we're all theives and it does no good to complain to management. I'm definitely changing pharmacies because it's beyond ridiculous how they treat and serve their customers.

This is the worst pharmacy! they lie to you to not fill your prescription then even after waiting days they still don’t have it ready even if you call and try to get it ready before you arrive. They don’t start filling it until you arrive, then you have to wait at least another 30 minutes. This pharmacy here should be ashamed. Their in the wrong field of work.

Due to bad experiences (employees) when I lived in Florida I hardly ever use CVS. Today though, I decided to try it. Well, guess what - one of your employees evidently was late getting to work, he did some theatrical driving to get to work endangering me THEN he parked his vehicle right in front of the store and rushed in.\nI did tell the cashier when I checked out but I doubt if it went any further than that.\nIt just isn't right that an employee gets to park so close to the front door and then customers have to park further away - just isn't right!!!\nSort of dampened my desire to go back to CVS.

I enjoyed the store although there were a few things I was not able to find but the cashier was not very friendly but I pray that it will work out in the long run.

why is drive thru always closed often on lincoln there is a manager somewhere who can fix this SO, FIX IT and take down your crummy looking sign

I switched to the CVS on Lincoln from a Walgreens store. I have been so impressed. Some one always at the drive through. No issues having prescriptions filled on a timely basis. I’ve seen some bad reviews. Surprised. Friendly staff. Super clean store.

Tried calling pharmacy at 1:20 pm, before their lunch period. After 10 minutes they hung up on me and changed their message to say they were at lunch.

Literally THE worst pharmacy. Waiting for a prescription refill is always difficult. I never get it on the day I'm supposed because they hardly ever fill it when the prescription is sent. I've had to wait up to a week before. Hope no one needs any meds to prevent them from from dyin and they get it here because you would definitely not get your meds on time!

Slowest location in Evansville and inconvenient pharmacy hours for people who don’t work a typical schedule. It’s gotten worse since their brilliant idea to shut down Burkhardt location and move ALL clients to this location. Will be switching all my scripts to a different location.

I had to switch to a different CVS this location can’t seem to get it right. They NEVER have my prescription ready even a day after it is called in. It’s like they don’t work on your prescription until you show up to pick it up then tell you it’ll be ready in 30mins to an hour. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe they were just busy but for the 8th time in a row they have done this to me. After reading all of the other reviews I see this is happening a lot. Not sure who runs this location but they need to do better.
