D-Patrick sold me this Jeep! Eric and Jackie were absolutely amazing in getting me approved and into a new vehicle. All the staff from sales to service have been extremely helpful and have went above and beyond to help. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who might need that extra help in financing or anyone who is looking for a reputable sales staff to get them placed in a new or used vehicle. The moment I walked into the Ford dealership, the whole place had a rhythm to it. Friendly faces, zero pressure, and an energy that made it feel like they actually enjoyed helping people. It felt less like stepping onto a car lot and more like entering a space run by people who take pride in what they do. Everyone moved with confidence, the flow was smooth, and the vibe was genuinely welcoming. That set the stage, and Malcom took it from there.
Malcom is the kind of salesman who makes the dealership feel like familiar ground. His Ford knowledge is unreal in the best way, from trims and engines to the strange little quirks only true car lovers remember. And when the conversation drifted into sports cars, he kept up like he was born in a garage. There was no pressure, no hustle, just easy car talk that made the entire process feel natural. Being around him felt more like hanging out with a friend who knows everything about cars than dealing with someone trying to make a sale.
His patience was what really sealed it for me. I had to leave before we could finish the deal, and he did not show even a flicker of frustration. No rush, no guilt, just real understanding. Three days later, when my schedule finally opened up, he walked in on his day off just to help me finish the purchase. That does not happen often. That is dedication with heart behind it. Malcom made the whole experience feel smooth, human, and genuinely enjoyable.
And then there is Kevin, the absolute powerhouse in the finance office. The financial part of car buying is usually the moment when the fun stops, but he somehow flipped that script entirely. He turned the most stressful part of the process into something calm and surprisingly enjoyable. He walked me through every document like a pro, breaking down details with clarity and honesty so I always knew exactly what I was signing. When we got to warranties, he gave real advice instead of a sales push, and he backed up every recommendation with thoughtful explanations. What made all of this work was the way he treated us — with warmth, patience, and a level of genuine kindness you just do not see every day. The financial process was enjoyable only because of him. He made us feel respected, understood, and looked after from start to finish.
After spending time with both of them, it is clear the dealership runs on people who care about doing things right. The atmosphere is warm, the team is sharp, and everything feels built around honesty, trust, and genuine human connection. It is the kind of place where you go in to buy a car and come out realizing you just had one of the best dealership experiences you could ask for.

A D-Patrick Ford employee left another customer’s car keys in my vehicle after my service. It was not discovered until I was nearly back home (nearly 45 minutes away). The service department staff, including the service manager, demanded that I drive back to Evansville to meet them to get the keys from me. D-Patrick was completely at fault for this error, as I should not have to check my vehicle for another person’s belongings after I receive a service from them. They were unwilling to come to me to get the keys despite the fact that I had small children and was on a tight schedule. I received a lukewarm apology and was not compensated in any way for driving 45 minutes out of my way to correct their error. This is not the first unprofessional experience I have with their poor customer service and I do not recommend doing business with them
Edit: the service department did contact me and offered a reasonable solution to correct their error

Worst Ford dealership I have dealt with and I’ve been to multiple dealerships in multiple states due to my job. Only wanted to interact by text. At other dealerships I would get a phone call with pricing before they did the work. Nothing from them until they called wanting money. Talked with my co-workers who said that there has been ongoing issues at this dealership. Cost a lot more here for less service than other Ford dealerships I’ve been to. Will not be going back.
