One star for kind service team members. The lack of the other 4 are for the following: November 10, 2021 I hit a deer. November 22- December 14 I leave my Land Rover with them to be repaired. Since the repairs, (which included the radiator) my low coolant light has come one 3 times. Each time, the light has come on spaced a few weeks apart. The initial 2 times, I was advised by a mechanic, could be air in the system and just needed topping off with coolant. I fill with coolant and proceed with normal driving. The third time, I contact them because I realize there is definitely a leak in the coolant system. Long story, but D-Patrick has decided that (after being paid in full) they could not possibly bare any responsibility in the low coolant problem. The Land Rover with under 50K miles on it, immediately following leaving there repair center for repairs done on the coolant system and body has spontaneously developed another reason for not holding coolant. Without even performing proper diagnostic, they have concluded that this is "something unrelated". Not to mention the 'I' in the lettering on the front of the Discovery is coming off also. Sub-par work. No ownership. I don't even want to know the headache coming my way to get resolution to this, but I don't have time for it. I am not a body repair man or mechanic. I have a job and family to pay for the car and insurance to get me to and from. I paid my deductible and pay my premiums so they can pay people like you to get me back on the road without further issue. Save yourself the extended grief and have your ride taken to Louisville if you need a European repair.

I am new to the area, and recently had a minor accident. Being quite OCD, it’s difficult to find a place that I trust. D-Patrick was professional, had great communication, and was very attentive in dealing with me and insurance. They even immediately answered some follow-up questions, when most businesses take your money and run.

Worst facility ever! Not only did they lose my vehicle twice while in their possession, but they took five weeks to replace a hinge! A hinge!! And, they left our vehicle a mess leaving the tape, plastic, and paint spatter EVERYwhere. Didn't bother to clean anything up or give it a car wash. The entire door should have been replaced as the damage was to more than the hinge and somehow they managed to damage our side door. They also didn't fix the secondary issue it was in the shop for. Five weeks for a freaking hinge!! Five weeks we had to have a rental van! Five weeks I'm going to inform the insurance company they should bill you for said rental van. Never again will we step foot on ANY of your properties!!
