The sales team was absolutely amazing. I was able to come to a deal through text and phone calls between breaks at work. They found the truck I was looking to purchase and had it there within the week. Once at the store, we had everything completed and drove away within an hour. The only negative would have to go to the detailing team. The truck was left with white water like marks all inside the interior. There was also some type of grease or something on the passenger visor, which I still haven't been able to get out. I was disappointed in the overall appearance of the truck after I was able to further inspect it in detail. Other than that, it was a top notch experience.
Edit: Dropped to two stars because of no effort to reach out and fix problems listed after seeing review and replying.

I love D.Patrick Nissan the Techicians always do a Awesome job on my car Everyone is always friendly to me I never have any complaints about the work done on my car it is always done right the first time I bought my car at D.Patrick Nissan and I love it After this one is paid off I may buy another one Thank you D. Nick in service & Scott in parts ROCK. Super nice guys and made ordering and programming a key super easy. They were able to squeeze me in within the day to program a key and let me know ASAP when it was finished.

Until recently, I had never completed an out of state vehicle purchase. You made the process of doing so seamless. Specifically, I appreciated your timely communication and follow up calls, your dedication to keeping me informed about each step of the process, reviewing all of my options for warranties and financing, and for ensuring that my car arrived safely in VA. But your efforts did not stop there. Even after closing the sale, you were intentional about following up to offer a virtual walk through of my vehicle, and to answer my questions. Jose had outstanding professionalism, was able to schedule my new 2024 Pathfinder in for maintenance. He communicated throughout the whole process what the service would be providing as well as about how long I’d expect to be without my vehicle. Everyone was polite and kind, my car was done in a timely manner. We will be returning for any and all needs to our vehicle.
