Jose and the staff at D Patrick Nissan keep my van working at peak performance. I put a lot of miles on my van visiting schools in the tristate.Regular oil change and tire rotations are quick and affordable. When they inspect the vehicle, they notify me of items that need attention now, and in the near future. That gives me peace of mind that my vehicle will be reliable for years to come.

CV joint was replaced but smelled rubber burning. Brought auto back in and they took a look, ordered a seal ring and replaced it free of charge. Thank you guys for your great service!

Had to take my Ariya in for a software update. The service team here is so great. Nick Chad Jose Lauren and Mike really make sure the customers are taken care of! Never feel over-sold, love the ease of the inspection reports and communications! Couldn’t be happier bringing any of my vehicles here!

Took care of my tire with low tire pressure issue. Very fair price to fix problem. Took over an hour, but I didn’t have an appt so that time frame was acceptable.

We knew we needed a new vehicle and planned to purchase a Rogue. We were on the way to another dealership and decided to look around at D-Patrick first. What a great experience! Jay enjoys helping people find the vehicle that meets their needs and is in the right price range. He is a no pressure sales person which is exactly what we like! The dealership manager and finance personnel were all very helpful as well. Great team!

My sister took her 2015 Nissan Murano SUV to be serviced at D-Patrick in March 2023.She had them replaced all brake pads all new rotors and new tires. At this visit her right front lug nuts where not tightened. When she was driving home her vehicle started to shake,she stopped by our father's home and he tightened her lug nuts! She called the D-Patrick Nissan and they offered her 75 dollars for her loose lug nuts and inconvenience !She returned to D Patrick Nissan in May for right front noise car was diagnosed with bad wheel bearing and replaced. She returned in August due to more front end noise and was told she needed a new transmission! She took her car to Mitchell's Transmission in Newburgh Indiana for a second opinion and they informed her it was definitely not her transmission! So they recommended going to Thrifty Auto repair in Evansville. Thrifty replaced the left front wheel bearing and tightened right side caliber pins that were not tightened correctly by Nissan D Patrick! She had me go talk to Mike Hall service manager at D-Patrick Nissan. I told him she got a second opinion and her transmission was fine and Thrifty fixed the noise that they claimed was her transmission and had told her it was 6,000 dollars to replace. Mike Hall service manager tried to change the story to fit his narrative!Of course stating every other professional was wrong and the only opinion that matters was his! Our family has purchased vehicles from the D Patrick for years our family will no longer be doing business with this company. They were trying to sell my sister a $6,000 transmission I believe wholeheartedly because she was a woman and they believed that she would not question it. Steer clear of the D Patrick very dishonest people poorest customer service I have ever seen in my life!

Beyond horrible customer service. I inquired about a car Thursday evening. Was contacted by a rep 20 minutes later. An appointment was set up to see that car. Came in no one knew I was coming and the car was sold. There was plenty of time "55hours" for a heads up about the car being sold. Wasted my Saturday and time, in a world where time is a precious asset you would think they would have spent a few minutes for a heads up. I will never purchase a vehicle from any D-Patrick.

I’ve been in the car buying process for about a month, and I worked with Jay from Nissan. He was very patient with me, very friendly, and worked very hard. I didn’t end up going with a car from Nissan, but I will definitely keep Jay in mind for the future and would recommend him to anyone looking for a car!

These car salesmen will LIE TO YOUR FACE!! I bought a vehicle from Robert Carter at D-Patrick Nissan in June of 2021. I was desperate as my car had just kicked its transmission. I genuinely thought Robert was doing me a solid in selling me my vehicle however numerous times I reached out to the lot because of issues I had with the vehicle within weeks of purchcase..they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about when I mentioned the noises and the shakes and things happening under the body, I took it back twice because of these issues even.. literally had to sob my eyes out in front of these car crooks because I knew they had done me dirty and I couldn't afford to fix the issues this vehicle has caused since I bought it..Right??Now it's 2 years since purchase and I'm seeing my car fax has TWO ACCIDENTS REPORTED from 2014 both which were major accidents and are directly linked to the issues I've been having. This info was never disclosed to me and when asked about it, the blame was placed on CAR FAX. Come on.Do not buy from this lot, y'all. I've heard multiple horror stories and I thought I was safe because I was getting a deal from a "friend" but I did not and I am paying for it OVER AND OVER still.*I keep getting shut down by this business because they fail to take accountability for the fact that the wrecks that were never disclosed to me before purchasing this vehicle. I was told it had been inspected by d pateick team and I was lied to when I brought it back three times in two months. SORRY CHAD but I still think this is pretty important for people to see! It has nothing to do with the sales person it has everyrhing To do with d Patrick practice! Y'all are liars, scammers and now I see how insanely unprofessional this business is. Again DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!*** I was HARASSED by this employer for making a public review all day!

Called with brake issues on my 2011 Murano and I was told that it was under a recall and the job would be covered. I was also given a rental truck to drive while my vehicle was being repaired. This was a very nice surprise and the brakes are now working great!

A bunch of scammers, they sold me a bad car and didn't try to work with me to trade it in. They had multiple banks pulled my credit score to try to get me approved on a loan, and the value of the car was worth way less than I bought it. Now I'm stuck making payments on a car that just park there, doesn't work and my credit score went down. If I could give less than 1 star I would. They're trash, bad customer service. Keelan Cocker and Ethan Reherman were my sales representatives. Don't buy a used car from them. Try any other dealership and do your research.
