It was a great experience for me at D Patrick. I was lucky to have Ashtyn as my sales person. She approached me as soon as I entered the dealership with her pleasant smile. She was very patient and helpful throughout the process. She walked with me throughout the lot and showed me several vehicles. She went above and beyond her duties when she came on her day off. Wow- best experience buying a vehicle!! Ashtyn went above and beyond, even on her day off! She made sure to get us in to see a recent trade in and had it ready to go in time to surprise our daughter! 10/10 would recommend D-Patrick!

Just bought a beautiful Cadillac and love it. Cade was our salesman and he was Phenomenal. So patient, so knowledgeable and a great personality! We enjoyed every minute with him. He answered all our questions, I even had a question the next day and texted him and he answered that question. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ASKING FOR CADE!!

I don’t recommend this place at all. And I highly recommend that you do not talk to JIM AMATO. But my experience with management wasn’t any better following up my bad experience. My experience here will forever influence how I am and feel about purchasing a vehicle. That’s extremely sad to say because getting a new car should be exciting and rewarding. D Patrick robbed me of that.
I’m a young girl. I came here alone. I was taking advantage of and right now, I am to pay 20,000 in interest. TWENTY THOUSAND. Very excited for Vass in Owensboro to right your wrong.

I think the parts guy in the back thought I was on hold when he was dropping F bombs to his co- workers. This is my second bad experience at this location and why I trailer my two Mercedes to Atlanta for serious service I can’t handle myself. Management in the back didn’t seem to care about the disgruntled attitudes happening. It seems you’re stuck tiptoeing around delicate egos if you want to own a Mercedes in the Evansville Area and need service or parts.

Both of our kids cars were totalled in a week. We had a very short period of time to get them replacements and had a budget. Cade Schnicker worked overtime to get both of them taken care of! He went above and beyond, not only in looking for the right vehicle for the act of their needs, but also helping with the bank, texted regularly with updates, and even painted the scratches on my daughters car before we picked it up! We are definitely lifetime buyers for D-Patrick because of the amazing service he gave us. Thank you for all your hard work and patience with our family!
