All the sporting goods you love at the prices you can’t afford. A pair of basketball shorts were marked at $50, all you’re paying for is the logo. Otherwise, store was clean, organized, and fully stocked.

One person was checking people out at time of purchase. She was struggling with a return. At least four employees walked by not offering to help myself or others behind me. Walked out out after waiting at least 15 minute. Terrible guest relations.

Store manager Justin seemed to not know how to run his store professionally and had a super rude attitude. I’d rather go to Sport Academy then to deal with management at Dicks….

When checking out my purchased the young girl at the register failed to say thank you or any words was busy on her phone when I got to check out so I asked her if she knew how to say thank you asked her again and she said I hurt her hand why would I say thank you the other young girl cashier thought she was queen bee told me to just leave with my stuff I asked her doesn’t the girl know how to say thank you her reply was well she does but she is not going to told her to get manager and she kept telling me to leave finally she figured out I was not leaving and called the manager.

We just left, we’re waiting in line 15 minutes, the very long line with only 3 cashiers. It would have taken at least 30 minutes or more to check out. Absolutely ridiculous.
