This was my daughter’s first buying experience. Adam was absolutely amazing. He made her experience run very smoothly. We love Adam!!! Also, I feel like they did not try to pressure her into anything. They were very fair in pricing also. We highly recommend this dealership & Adam.

The Salesperson was not your typical car salesman. Justin was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles. He rode with us on the test drive and explained all the features and answered all of my questions. He also made sure we got all the rebates and financing that was available. The purchasing process was easy. This is the second vehicle we bought from this dealer in the last month and would buy again.

Excellent service. Very generous and respectful. I had 5 recalls on my vehicle and they were able to assist and service all needed. I highly recommend Hyundai of Evansville. When I only thought I had one recall, they informed me that my vehicle had additional recalls and scheduled us in with a weeks period. The service worker who assist me through the process was well mannered, polite, respectful and generous as well as the other service workers. A very welcoming place of Service and Business.

I started my contact on-line, they were very nice and helpful. By the time I was ready to proceed with a test drive and final details… they were very efficient, nice, and best of all I felt no high pressure anything from them. We had a wonderful experience. Our salesman, Dylan, was really nice, attentive, and went out of his way to get us the vehicle we wanted ready to take home. The finance department, Matt, was excellent as well. Explained all our options and went over everything in great detail about our loan. Great people working at Hyundai and a great experience. We can’t recommend them enough!

We scheduled an appointment to drive a few vehicles . Adam met us and asked some questions and really listened to us and our likes and dislikes. With his knowledge of the Brand and models, and by tuning into our needs and dislikes he helped us to find the perfect vehicle for us. We never felt rushed and actually left after closing with our Brand New Sante Fe and the confidence that Evansville Hyundai will be there for us beyond the day of sales.

Friendly service specialist (Emily)! Took car in for oil change and a mfg recall. They also did thorough inspection (let me know of a couple things to take care of in the near future, without pressure) and hand washed the exterior. Great experience!

Darby is a gem. Car sales people have a certain reputation but she was amazing. Communication was great. She found the exact car we were looking for and even came in on her day off to get us sorted. She has gone above and beyond to make sure we got the best deal and answered all our questions. Top notch experience. Looking forward to my new car!!!

This was by far the easiest and best experience buying a car! First when I called I didn’t have to wait on hold. I spoke to Mr. Get it done aka Kenneth Parish. He really did a great job keeping the focus on what I wanted instead of what they had and he was able to literally get it done where other car lots ranging from southern Kentucky to Indianapolis had all said they couldn’t help. The process was simple and everything was ready when I arrived so my time on the lot was more efficient then going through a fast food drive in. Everyone was completely professional and they didn’t attempt to charge over msrp like many other lots.. highly recommend

She's been extremely reachable and seemed as excited for me as I was to be buying a new car! Despite going to other car lots and looking, I wanted to come back here! Disappointed after being a loyal customer for 10+ years, 3 brand new cars purchased and serviced every 3 to 5 months. Historically, our service bill generally ran around $100 per service never more than $300 for factory recommended maintenance, but in the past 12 months, every time we took the car in for an oil change, we were presented with a quote exceeding $800Then in June this year, we had a break down at around 24,000 miles (2018 Sonata Hybrid) all lights came on dash and car went into Limp mode. The dealership service department took a look and said they reset the diagnostics and couldn't find a problem, no charge.A couple of weeks later the same thing happened again.This time, two days after our car had been towed to the Evansville dealership, we'd heard nothing nothing so we reached out to be told not to contact them, they will contact us.This was then shortly followed by an estimate for $1200 for a whole bunch of extra services unrelated to the break down (flush brake fluid, Clean fuel system and perform a wheel alignment etc. And to top if off just a few weeks earlier during a service, we'd asked for Re-alignment check due to tire wear but was told the first set of tires are softer to reduce road noise alignment was fine) and confirmation that they'd not actually looked at the car's issue yet.So we reached out to John Hawkins and Casey Adcock (General Sales Managers) and asked to just get the problem fixed I'm not interested in non-essential upsell. Several more days later they advised that they had to replaced the engine "knock sensor" under warranty and then presented us with another quote highlighting "Critical service items" ~$800, which again consisted of a wheel alignment check, flush break fluids etc, all non-essential maintenance items.As a result of these past 4 to 5 interactions, we've lost complete trust, and stopped going there.We've now has our last two services carried out by Full Throttle Auto on the North Side of Evansville. Sadly it seems their business model has shifted from a focus on customer care to "nickel and diming" - A real shame.

Dealership misrepresentation of 2 year promo including two year free charging. I was told by two separate salespersons the dealership had a level 3 charger on site i could use at my disposal, only to find the first time i went to utilize it, it was in a box in the back of the dealership, Uninstalled. Check Google review for full story. VERY deceitful. I have given the dealership time and opportunity to correct this and they refuse to assist in any way. The sales staff knew the importance of this promo for me, as it was the deciding factor of me purchasing the car WHEN i did.

Friendly and hard working service department employees! They took care of my vehicle maintenance in a timely manner and included a complimentary car wash. They also offer a complimentary shuttle while you are waiting. Thank you Hyundai of Evansville!
