Purchased t-shirts for a youth baseball league here. Quality of shirts was substandard, especially for the price point. Customer service was lukewarm. The league was offered replacement shirts but was faced with re-ordering entire league worth of shirts 2 weeks from the end of the season. Overall not the level of service I expected based on some word of mouth recommendations.
